They arrived in the late afternoon, as scheduled and they did a great job. I was getting a property ready to go on the market for sale and the bathroom ceramic floors were looking dingy and the carpets were needing a general cleaning. The bathroom floors sparkled when they were done. The office was three floors up, the hallway two floors, and the stairs were the opened style, so the carpet wrapped all the way around each step. And some of the stains were underneath the steps. So it was not an easy job. When they were all done, the carpets looked great. They were dry the next morning and looking great. I am guessing on the cost of the tile cleaning. I think I paid an additional $25 for the bathroom tile to be cleaned. The carpet cleaning was on of the Angies Deals.

Owner and assistant showed up on time and explained their process and how their organic cleaners wouldn't harm our kids or dog. Most of the carpeting in the house was in pretty bad shape since we moved in from the previous owners. We considered having it replaced but decided to try and have it cleaned first. Kangaroo took their time, worked h****** a few stubborn stains and got our carpets looking noticeably better. They also did a little more square footage than we paid for. No need to spend thousands replacing the carpet now. A strong A+ for Angieslist.

My husband and I were moving out of the townhouse we were renting and had the carpets cleaned per the lease agreement. Jeff and his partner were great. They even showed up early! We had numerous stains on the carpet in the living room plus the stair steps were awful. By the time they were done, all the stains were gone, the carpet looked like new and the place smelled great!. In addition, they provided flea and tick treatment as part of the service at no extra cost. We will definitely use them again in our new home.

I contacted Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning Services after getting estimates from four other providers to obtain a quote for cleaning the carpet in my single family home. I spoke to Jeff the owner and was given an immediate quote and able to schedule the service for the following week. He and a his partner arrived on time with a call prior to arriving. It was the most thorough carpet cleaning I have ever had. Once the inside was finished, they moved on to the exterior of my home and were able to remove mildew from the siding and deck that no one else had been able to do. They were professional, polite and worked tirelessly to provide an excellent experience. I will most definately use Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning Services again and would recommend them to anyone.

Kangaroo Carpet Cleaners did an excellent job. We had just completed a remodeling job, and they gave extra time and attention to not only the traffic areas, but also the general dirt and debris left by the workmen.

They did a good job. They were okay. The carpets are clean.

Very nice men. Called to let me know they were on their way, and introduced themselves on arrival. Looked at the planned rooms, and offered me extra services at a very good price. Worked diligently to get the job done. I was impressed with their equipment and could see the dirt and debris being removed from my carpets despite my having vaccuumed before they arrived, and carpets were cleaned professionally 6 months ago. All areas look great. My only disappointment is that 10 hours later, my carpets are still very damp. I have been running my house fan and ceiling fans, but lots more time will be needed before they are dry. I was told they'd be dry in 4 - 6 hours.

I purchased a home that had carpet which was not professional cleaned as expected. So, I needed a quick cleaning service to get the carpet cleaned prior to moving in. This company was not only responsive to my unplanned need, but very professional in the service provided. They used top of the line equipment to clean the carpet in a way that I have never seen before. Friendly and fast, I highly recommend their service to anyone needing carpet cleaning. The cost was $200.

They called when on the way, arrived on time, were friendly and really seemed to know what they were doing. I've used a number of carpet cleaners in the past--the big ones and one-person operations--and this was the best. Best of all: no pressure to add more services or change the cost. I highly recommend.

They seemed like very efficient guys and were trying to get training at the same time. They took a long time to clean up the carpets and made my living room carpets look pretty brand-new for my renters that came in. They met all my expectations.as

Jeff reaffirmed the appointment time and arrived 5 minutes early. They set up quickly and offered to clean not only the 4 rooms but the hallway and stairs. The solution they use smells very good. It is not overpowering. They are detail conscious and respectful of your furniture. The carpets appear to be very fresh. They look almost brand new! The cleaning took about 2.5 hours and I am very happy I chose them. I will not use any other company moving forward. Jeff mentioned they also clean churches, office buildings, etc. You will be very happy with the service if you choose Kangaroo!

The guys did an outstanding job and lifted all dirt and grime from carpet that was many years old. The service that did our carpet two years ago could not get all the dirt out but these guys could!.........awesome!

The blue colored liquid laundry soap (which I'd blotted with white towels for hours when it happened) that had dried in the light beige carpet came out! I waited until now to write the review so I could say this cleaning was great, 'spots' did not reappear within a couple of weeks following the cleaning, as had happened with other companies in other rooms of the house. I've never seen the color of the carpet look this good! A month later, and the carpet color is still bright. Was very glad I got the Angie's Deal on this, was a fantastic value!

Kangaroo Carpet was very customer service oriented. All stains were removed which was shocking because some stains were old. Received a followup phone call after the job to make sure we were happy with the service. Came back to touch up without charge on the same day as the followup phone call. Really cares about pleasing the customer.

I needed the townhouse I was renting cleaned before I vacated and my primary concern was the carpet. I contacted Kangroo Carpet Cleaning Services 2 days before my desired service date and they were very accommodating to my schedule. The 2 man crew showed up on time and got started promptly. They cleaned all the carpets in the home in ~2.5 hours. They were were working fast but didn't seem to be cutting corners. The home had already been cleared of furnishings which helped move things along. They cleaned a small rug made out of a carpet remnant very thoroughly - this work was fantastic: I couldn't have imagined the results. My only disappointment with the work was the inability to remove a couple of heavier stains in the carpet (coffee and dark beer on beige carpet). The homeowner managed to remove these after I moved out with Resolve and a brush and, in retrospect, I was disappointed that a professional cleaning service could not manage the same. Barring these couple of spots of concern, the results were impressive. Ultimately, I feel they fell short of A quality and price because I would've liked to have seen superior results for a no hassle, reasonable but full price cleaning. I feel professionalism didn't quite make an A as they do not take credit for payment: they were, however, very flexible when I forgot this and had to run to ATM to get cash.
