Jordon understands roof system very well. He discussed the issue over the phone, provided rough estimates for small repair at very reasonable price. When asked to include tune-up, he provided another reasonable quote. He and his crew performed the repair efficiently, did roof maintenance where needed, inspected a wavy section of the roof and determined the cause (not due to loose shingles, not susceptible to water damage), and provided honest diagnosis. Overall, I’m impressed about their professionalism and knowledge about the roofing system, and customer service attitude. I’m a tough reviewer, but it’s hard to not give this company a 5-star rating - they seemed to really know what they are doing, and do not try to over sell home owners Unnecessary service. Highly likely to hire them again when my roof is ready for replacement in a few years.

They came Wednesday to take a look at my roof and were able to fix it the next day in the morning. Due to COVID-19, everything was done with minimal contact which was great. We had a leak after a big windstorm that came through our neighborhood. Jordan was able to come out the same day and put up emergency tarps to prevent water damage from coming into our home. We ended up filing a claim through our insurance and replaced the whole roof through HomeGuard We were very satisfied with the price, quality and customer service from this company!!

Jordan was very professional and very responsive. He came out quickly when we had emergency. Repaired the roof properly and was very pleasant. We would definitely recommend him and plan in using him to replace our entire roof.
