They were fantastic to work with from the planning phase all the way through final construction. They listened to my requirements and helped me arrive at the perfect design for my home and my family. Johnny was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions in the planning process. They delivered everything they promised, on schedule, with no hidden fees or late breaking plus-ups. They communicated well throughout the entire process so I was always informed where we were at and what the next step was. I can't recommend them highly enough.

One of the best home improvement experiences we have had. I took the time to obtain multiple proposals for our deck build. Deck Envy was by far the easiest company to deal with from the start. Their price was fair compared to other companies but what set them most apart was how responsive Johnny and his whole team was. I have finally found a company who has delivered what the contract required and much more. Johnny came to my house in compliance with COVID Protocols; others were NOT. Johnny took his time, took measurements. He explained how my drawn-up plans were not an optimal design. A step from the back door I wanted to wrap around the “bay” but Johnny pointed out (the only one) that it cut into the flow of the deck crowding the stairs. Now that the deck is finished, he was absolutely right. When I received the estimate from Johnny, I was pleasantly surprised. The fact that the project was priced fairly (even with high lumber cost) and we felt Deck Envy was the “Honest Broker” of the vendors. Johnny provided all the documentation required for our HOA (fairly strict). The dreaded HOA approval was a walk in the park. Ricardo (Johnny’s partner) and his crew were on time for the entire project. During the demolition and subsequent phases, Ricardo and his guys kept the area clean and organized. Ricardo is a quiet guy who knows his stuff! He kept the crew engaged at all times. If one of the crew was standing around waiting, Ricardo had them running a magnet over the work area. This was done consistently and I have yet to find any screws or nails. The crew was very respectful of our neighborhood, no garbage flew around, and they parked where people had no issues getting out of driveways, practiced common courtesy. We passed our inspections, but had a glitch with a step. It blended perfectly with the deck and was extremely hard to see. Ricardo came up with a solution, came between jobs and took the stair apart, added lights and 4 inches to the width. NO more problem. I truly cannot say enough about this company. Other Contractors should mirror Deck Envy’s business model. The neighbors were all impressed and commented on how little disruption this project and Deck Envy caused. My challenge is now getting the landscape to look as good as the deck! Thanks Ricardo, Johnny and crew

After seeing the great job they did with a neighbor's deck, when the time came to build our deck we reached out to Deck Envy to get a quote. They were very competitive, lower than the others we found, and offered all the features we desired. We worked with Johnny to get everything set up and he was very accommodating, talked us through the process and explained all of our options. We were thrilled! When it finally came time to get started, Ricardo (construction lead) and Johnny were very communicative, and Ricardo and his team knocked out the job in a week, even with missing one day due to inclement weather. It was amazing to see how quickly and effectively they were able to perform the work and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the final result.

Amazing job by Deck Envy. We had a trek deck and a stone patio installed after removal of our old wood deck. They came up with a vision for us as well as guided us on recommendations and extra accents we wouldnâ t have even thought of. Johnny explained every detail in the initial meeting as well as had pricing estimates ready to go within minutes. Chris and Jonathan did an amazing job on the deck and kept us to do update on daily progress as did Johnny and Ricardo. Fabian and his crew did a beautiful job on the new stone patio. Their attention to detail on the stonework was amazing. All was done in a week and now we have a amazing backyard we can entertain in. Love working with them.

Top notch quality at a great value! Not to mention exceptional customer service. As a first time homeowner in a new construction community, Johnny (business owner) was very helpful and professional throughout the whole design process. I really appreciated his prompt communications and how he worked with us to complete the HOA approval and county inspection in a timely manner so that the deck build could be underway just weeks after my family and I moved in. For the build itself, Ricardo and crew were excellent! They were cognizant of where they parked their truck and unloaded materials so as to provide as minimal disruption to my familyâ s daily routine as possible. They also kept a very tidy work site. We contracted Deck Envy for a 300 sq.ft. Trex deck with stairs down, lattice wrapped around the bottom, a hinged gate to access the area interior to the lattice, and lighting on the rail posts and stairs. As someone who is quite nit-picky, I was extremely pleased with the final result. A+ work! The build was complete in 4-5 days, which seems like a great turnaround time (as I said, Iâ m a first time homeowner). After the project completed, Johnny even registered our deck with Trex on our behalf (25 yr. warranty). One less thing one my plate, which I really appreciated. No need to look any further - I would 100% recommend Deck Envy to others. Fantastic workmanship, fantastic value, and fantastic customer service!

Johnny was great to work with getting everything I needed to submit for HOA approval and was alway prompt to answer any question I had about the project. Johnny and Riccardo were great to work with. We had a terrible experience with our previous deck (after only 3 years it was falling apart) and they took the time to figure out what the problem was and come up with a solution. Throughout the process they communicated what they were thinking and alerted us to issues that necessitated changes in design and cost (the deck sits on the roof of a one-story addition, which presents many challenges). In the end, we got a beautiful new deck that we will enjoy for many years. I highly recommend Deck Envy!
