Look no more! Deck Envy is a class act with a professional and customer-centric company. Johnny kept us posted prior to the build. Ricardo and his team built us a 600+ sq ft customized deck . They finished on time, kept us informed each day, cleaned up, and most importantly detailed oriented and precise. It's rare to find cordial and honest home improvement contractors, no hidden agendas, and you will not be disappointed. The deck is beautiful and met beyond our expectations. We are so glad that we chose Deck Envy to replace our two-story deck. We worked with Johnny to develop the design of our new deck. He understood our desire to transition from wood to Trex given the limited light the back of our house receives. He appreciated our budget and developed recommendations that would keep the project on budget. We eventually agreed on a stone patio on the bottom level and Trex on top. Chris and Jonathan built the Trex deck and they we wonderful to work with, throughout the process they would explain what they were doing and answer any questions/concerns we had, which really gave us confidence in the work that they did. Next, we worked with Fabian and his team to construct the patio. They were also wonderful to work with as well, as they would listen to our questions/concerns and work with us to help us understand/help develop solutions we liked. When the county inspector came, he noted that you can always tell a good deck builder as they round the edges on the support beams. Yet another detail we would not have noticed, and we were informed it is a lot safer for kids. This is something we are grateful for to help make the space safe for our family, and another item to note for how skilled and caring Deck Envy is to their customers. This project was the most great experience I ever had. I would like to give 10 stars if I can! We were searching for a company more than a year to build our patio and stairs because we couldnâ t find a decent company who is responsive and works at reasonable costs. After massive and long research, we found Johnny and his team, and they completed the project within promised time. Iâ ve heard so many home improvement projects were delayed due to the national shortage, but Johnny kept his promise. So we could enjoy our patio this fall! The patio itself is fabulous, and stones are amazingly good quality. It looks very spacious and colors are very pretty. His team also built slick and modern looking stairs with dimmers, and it completes my patio. Johnny was super responsive and cared what we wanted. We requested several details for a good finish looking, and he made it happen. I personally donâ t enjoy outdoor activities, but I realized that I spent many hours at the backyard now because of the beautiful patio. I also want to thanks to Fabian and crews. They worked so hard during the hot summer days and were super nice to us for any questions. They cleaned their behind after works everyday, so my backyard looked always clean and ready to use. If your looking for a right company to do patio, deck or stairs, you found the right one. You wouldn’t regret that but would appreciate it like me!

My husband and I could not be more pleased with Deck Envy. We hired them after meeting with a few local contractors, and Johnny was extremely responsive and helpful from the start. He provided us with various options for the look we wanted and answered our many, many questions! The price was also extremely reasonable, especially during the pandemic when costs have skyrocketed. The team was busy, so we did have to be patient, but Johnny kept us informed the whole time â we never felt like we had been forgotten. We were also provided with absolutely everything we needed for our finicky HOA within days of signing our contract. When construction began, we were very impressed with Ricardo and his crew. They were extremely professional from start to finish, cleaned up our yard daily, and kept us informed throughout the work days. The entire project was finished in three days, which was amazing for everything we had done! We also were very pleased with the delivery of the materials, because nothing had to sit in our front yard for long at all. We cannot say how impressed we are with the end result, and we highly recommend Deck Envy to anyone wishing to add a fantastic deck to his or her home.

We got our deck built by DeckEnvy and they did an awesome job. Johnny Vo and Ricardo helped us with all the paperwork for the county approvals and HOA approval packages. The team started the work on time, and their team which is lead by Chris and Jonathan did an awesome job of keeping us posted on the progress made on a day to day basis.They were very professional and communication with us was exceptional. I had a great experience with Deck Envy. Johnny Vo and Ricardo are a great team - very experienced, personable, honest, and hard-working. I went with a Trex Transcend deck in Tiki Torch, with Trex Signature Reveal Black Aluminum railing, and it looks amazing! I just finished furnishing everything and have now had a chance to use it a few times. The decking seems incredibly durable, and the railing is solid. Johnny and Ricardo tore down my old deck and built this new one from scratch, all in 3 business days! I can't say enough about them. If you're on the fence, just do it!

Amazing company! Johnny, Chris, and the entire team were excellent to work with. They were quick to respond to any emails/calls and kept us well informed of the progress (permit process, daily updates of work, schedule plans, etc). The crew was respectful and maintained a clean, safe work site and we felt very comfortable having them at our home. The quality of work and attention to detail made the deck even better than we hoped. They even built a baby gate that matched the deck to keep our little ones safe! We highly recommend Deck Envy!!

We interviewed over 10 local contractors to build our new Trex Deck and after a very exhaustive search decided on Deck Envy based on the overall craftsmanship of their work. The customer service was outstanding from developing the HOA documents to final permitting. The deck was built by one of two owners who personally made sure the deck was built to meet his own high standards. Best ROI compared to many of the larger local deck companies. Highly recommended this company.

During the consultation, Johnny spent a lot of time answering our questions and giving us ideas, and was very straight forward. He communicated with us frequently and kept us updated throughout the whole process. We ended up getting a Trex deck and a flagstone patio. Jonathan and Chris did an excellent job on the deck and it looks fantastic. Fabian and crew worked very hard on the patio and you can really see the attention to detail. We are very pleased with how the project turned out and have gotten many compliments from our neighbors.

We had a very positive experience with Deck Envy as we worked with them to build our new deck. We sent out a few requests for quotes and Johnny was very prompt in his response. We were initially shocked at the quote because it was over $5,000 lower than the competitors (who also wanted to use less than premium materials and didn’t have the post caps lights included). As quoted, materials were top tier Trex Transcends all around, while others wanted to use Wolf vinyl railings. Johnny’s communication throughout the process was spot on and there were no surprises. They provided all documentation needed for quick and easy HOA approval. The crew were professionals and knew what they were doing. The finished product and quality of work exceeded our expectations. True craftsmanship! We look forward to enjoying our deck for years to come.
