Deck Envy built my deck and patio. Johnny and Ricardo are experts at their job and are extremely professional. From start to finish, Johnny and Ricardo kept us updated on the progress of the project. Johnny did an excellent job at providing sketch and details of the project for the HOA, as a result, we got an approval for both projects the next day from the HOA. Jonathan and his crew did an amazing job at building the deck. They consistently showed up On time, and did an amazing job for the deck. Fabian and his crew also did an excellent job at building the patio. They cleaned up daily and finished the job much earlier than expected. We are very happy with our new deck and patio. I have been in the market to replace a huge wood deck for years and am happy we chose Deck Envy. Our deck is made from all premium Trex materials, and Johnny's estimate and design fit neatly into our budget. Jonathan and Chris put in so much time, patience, and muscle into tearing down the old stuff which included a hot tub, and then did a beautiful job building our new deck. Everyone kept us informed -- the big stuff like start date and inspections going through with Johnny and Ricardo through text, and the the on-site guys giving us a knock on the door with updates as well. They were professional and respectful and even happily waved to the children distracting them through the window. Know that with them you are also supporting a small, minority-owned business.

There were no language barriers, and both Johnny and Richardo exhibited great listening skills. Both men responded to all questions promptly and completely. Though I did not meet Fabian, he clearly has great communication with Johnny and Richardo, as well as a high level of skill and pride in his work, these demonstrated by the amazing patio space he created under my deck. Quality – I cannot stress enough what a difference pride in a product can make, and all these men clearly take great pride in their work. The attention to detail these men brought to my project was much greater than anything I expected and reviewing those details on my final walk through and again here, was and is a happy event. Deck Envy did not just build any deck and any patio, but built spaces full of highly detailed and skilled work, where upon critical review I could find no flaw, but instead found only satisfaction and tranquility. Some examples of detail; deck boards cut to match and fit around ½” house trim rather than leaving a gap, making sure the edge of the patio lined up perfectly with the edge of the deck stairs for a visually pleasing and finished look, exact and intentional measuring of the deck boards so the seam is visually centered with the stair railing, additional flag stone applied vertically underneath the back door just because it looks great, and a perfectly sized and placed stone patio step down to my sloping lawn (this not in the original design, but created with the clear skill and experience of someone who knows their job and wants their product to shine). These men did extraordinary work. Thank you to Johnny, Richardo, Fabian and all your crew men. I love my new spaces!

My husband and I had Deck Envy do our patio and deck. We had several estimates done before hiring them, but as soon as Johnny came out, I was immediately impressed by his presentation. We told him what we wanted, and he was able to immediately draw out a design and give us a quick written estimate. Deck Envy was excellent. Johnny Vo and his team were extremely professional, friendly, and communicative from the planning process to putting on the final touches. Alex and Jose built a beautiful deck that completely surpassed my expectations. Fabio and his crew were equally amazing and their workmanship and attention to detail with the patio is impeccable. Despite unfavorable weather conditions, the team was able to finish in a timely manner and even came out on the weekends to make up for missed time due the rain. Deck Envy tore down our old wood deck and replaced it with a Trex deck. Johnny Vo was professional every step of the way. He prepared everything for the building permit and kept us informed through the lengthy process. When it came time to build, we were impressed with how meticulous the planning had been so that all the materials were on site. There weren't any delays once Ricardo and his team began. They were always on-time and worked so hard. My husband was impressed by some of the construction techniques that they used. The deck goes around two sides of the house and is two levels. Every seam was accurately cut. My husband and I designed the deck 34 years ago, but it had been poorly resurfaced. Deck Envy took our beloved design and breathed new life into it. The deck never looked so good. The brick patio underneath was showing its age plus part of it had to be torn up to install the new posts. I just expected that part to be restored, but a brick mason was sent to repair the entire patio.. It took years off the patio. This was far above what was expected. Ricardo and his team always kept up with clean-up daily so we did not have a dumpster parked in our yard. In record time, we were given a beautiful new deck. I strongly recommend Deck Envy. I am very pleased that I looked for a company trained in Trex installation.

Deck Envy's team led by Fabian did an excellent job of matching a new flagstone walkway and grout to our existing porch flagstone. It looks like it was all done at the same time. These guys are total pros! They also did an individual stepping stone walkway from our driveway to our side gate and then into the backyard to meet up with our existing patio area. All turned out exactly as I had envisioned it. Johnny was prompt on getting us our quote and worked our job in ahead of schedule. Very pleased with the total process and outcome.
