And project manager Ricardo was so knowledgeable about how to build the best deck for us. The building crew leader Lucio and his team did such an amazing job. They were so diligent, fast and detail oriented at the same time. They would clean up every day after work. And they completed the project perfectly and in time. From the time we met Johnny to the completion of the project, we could not have been happier. The owner and project manager setup a group text chat with me that made it super easy to communicate. The job took 3 days and the team was here on time and worked hard. After researching reviews and getting 3 estimates from deck companies, I chose Deck Envy. It was a good decision I had confidence in Johnny from our first meeting and throughout the process. The team is professional, maintains good contact with updates throughout the process and does what they say they will do. I trusted them and did not have to worry about whether I had made a mistake in my choice. During the week of building a new Trex deck, Ricardo as the project manager and Lucio and crew were amazing. I was so impressed by their work ethic and how hard they worked to build a beautiful deck, especially considering how hot it was that week. Each day, they cleaned the site and did not leave litter lying around. I was also impressed with how Deck Envy obtained the county work permit and then scheduled all 3 of the county inspections before the work even started so that the process could proceed without delays waiting for inspectors to show up. Truly amazing!

We are very happy with our Trex deck built by Ismael and team and our stone patio built by Fabian and team. Both crews were quick and did a quality job. They even replaced one of the patio stones that was badly scratched. We love both our deck and patio and have received a ton of compliments!

This is our second Trex deck built by Johnny Vo and Deck Envy. The first deck is beautiful. When we moved, I consulted with some top local deck builders in our new area. They did not want to get a building permit, build to our wishes, and asked a much higher price than the Deck Envy deck. In frustration, I contacted Johnny Vo for advice. We were overjoyed when he said that he would build the deck that we wanted for a very fair price. He produced the computer-generated plans, and everything needed to start the permit process. Getting a permit was complicated because of the septic tank placement and local rules, but Johnny Vo worked through the snags, keeping us informed all along the way. When it came time to build the deck, Ricardo and his very skilled workers swooped in with all the materials and set to work. The finished product was completed very quickly. The work is meticulous. The planning and organization of materials is so impressive. There weren't any pauses in construction because materials had not been ordered. The great part is that when a Trex deck is built, it is finished. You don't have to stain and seal. Our first deck made it through a winter without the usual grunge and mildew to clean. We have done extensive renovation on this house using a number of companies, and Deck Envy is right at the top for professionalism, reliability, fair pricing, and skill. They don't hurry off before checking to see that everything is done correctly. Do not hesitate to hire Deck Envy.

Deck Envy is a premier deck builder in every sense. We couldn't be happier with the end product and feel very fortunate to have such an amazing outdoor space to share with friends and family. From the start, we knew we wanted a composite deck for the low maintenance, no splinters, rot, etc. However, past that, we didn't know about the different brands or levels. Johnny did a great job of explaining the differences between the various products on the market and why Deck Envy only uses the top of the line TREX product. After getting several other quotes, we felt best about Deck Envy's approach to building something to last for decades ahead. I also prefer to over-engineer past code and Deck Envy was on-board with our unique requirements. We did have some delays due to material shortages, but Johnny always kept in touch and he worked with us to reschedule based on our preferences. Once the project started, everything was done meticulously and at very high standards. The crew was top-notch and couldn't be more friendly. Ricardo, the project manager and co-owner, was the best project manager we have ever had on any project. We like to be involved in the process and he was in constant contact and worked with us immediately on any questions or requests. Everybody went above and beyond and it was noticed! When we hired Deck Envy, they said they would treat our project like it was their very own. I can confirm, this is exactly what you get when you hire Deck Envy!
