Description of Work: Inspected chimney. I asked for an estimate for repairs. Heard nothing, called agai and was told they would get back to me. Still nothing three weeks later.

Description of Work: I called this vender set an appt for Friday 9/26 at 830 am told my work I would be in by 1200 hopefully. At 10 am I called and left a message with this vendor asked him to call me back and at least tell me if he was still coming. No call back, at 11 I called him again left the message that I would wait until 1pm if he would just call me back. I called my work and took the rest of the day off in hopes he would call. No call. My husband called the following Tuesday and he said he didn't have me down but would check his notes and call him back. Again no call. We are in an outlining area and I would have paid a little more for his time but he quoted me a price and never said we were out of his area. Still have never heard back from this guy. If you call and get chim chim miney chim chim charoo as the ring tone, you may think to hang up.

Description of Work: Cleaned out my dryer vent. The first time they installed a piece of mesh which became clogged with lint a month afterwards. I contacted them again and they came out within a week to remove the mesh and install the bird guard I paid for at no additional charge. Good work.

Work was professional, prompt, cheerfully performed, and clean-up was great. Our "birds-down-the chimney" and "heat-loss-up-the-chimney" problems are solved!

The serviceman was very professional, but could not perform the chimney inspection as we had a wood stove that could not easily be removed and the chimney itself was capped. | |The serviceman was willing to come back when we are ready to tear out the woodstove and replace the chimney. |

Description of Work: The chimney was leaking terribly with gaps in the mortar. They power washed the outside brick, then repaired and filled all the gaps (a brick had to be re-seated because the mortar was so badly deteriorated. They came back a couple of days later and applied sealant to the outside. Looks exactly like before but no holes! Great job. Price was a little more than I anticipated but I do not have much experience in that area. But the cost was worth it. |Great guys, polite and they are pet friendly.

Description of Work: Inspected and cleaned firebox and chimney according to special prepaid offer ($77). In addition, they installed a stainless steel chimney cap to prevent water and debris from fallin in chimney and also resurfaced the crown around chimney which was damaged.

Description of Work: I originally bought an "Angie's Deal" coupon to have our chimney swept and inspected. The appointment was extremely easy to schedule and Ryan arrived a few minutes early. He explained exactly what he was going to do and gave a full report of his findings, including pictures. Our chimney cover wasn't properly sealed or galvanized when originally installed so it had separated from the wood and rusted, the cap had rusted over as well. He gave an estimate for the replacements and said to call if we wanted to have the work done. I appreciated him not pushing the sale or following up with phone calls to win the work. We knew the work was needed and contacted him again when we were ready. Upon installation, he realized he could salvage the cap and completed the job over $200 UNDER the estimated price. He was extremely friendly and professional and I would recommend him to everyone.
