From the beginning, the responsiveness and follow through was amazing. I paid for a special deal with discount on cleaning. I had a phone call to schedule appointment the following day. He followed up with me 3 more times to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time, performed the services, made some recommendations for further services which I accepted. It was one of the few times in my life where I was happy to give a vendor more money as his service and professionalism was so good.

Ryan, of Ace Chimney Sweep, performed an inspection of our fireplace, cleaned it, and cleaned out the dryer vent duct. Ryan was very professional and punctual. He called to verify my initial purchase of the "Deal" on Angie's List and insure my address was correct. Ryan showed up at the beginning of the time window we had agreed on and finished the work within an hour. Since this is a new house for us, I had a lot of questions about the fireplace and its integrity. Ryan answered all of my questions and offered suggestions on how to keep it in good working order. I would not hesitate to use Ace Chimney Sweep again and I do recommend their services.

Mr. Wilson contacted me soon after I bought the Angie's coupon (Angie's Big Deal coupon), which was a nice verification of my purchase. He showed up at the appointed time & day and performed the work to my complete satisfaction. For this visit, he did not charge extra for the woodstove, which is more work than just a fireplace. That was an unexpected bonus for me. He is friendly, polite and good about keeping in communication. I will definitely use his services again.

My husband and I just purchased a house and we have a toddler, so we wanted to make sure the chimney was clean and in good working condition before we used it over the Winter. The owner, Ryan, called us right after purchasing the deal on Angie's List. He was very busy, but managed to squeeze us in the next week. Ryan and his crew were very professional and friendly. He spent a good bit of time cleaning and inspecting our chimney. We really felt like we got more than we paid for. Ryan Wilson and his helper were on time for the appointment. They put down drop cloths to protect the den floors. Ryan cleaned and inspected the fireplace and showed me the ash dump door had rusted and was fallen apart. He replaced it with a new one. Outside he repaired cracks on chimney and on top of chimney. He took pictures and showed me that the chimney brick needed repair. Ryan and his helper were courteous and cleaned up for each and every thing they did. They did a wonderful job!!! Ace Chimney Sweep is the company that I will call again to clean and inspect my chimney.

Wanted to have our chimney and fireplace insert inspected. Called and spoke to Ryan. Was able to schedule an appointment about a week out. Ryan called on day of appointment to let me know they were running a bit late. I appreciated getting the heads up. Showed up 15 minutes after scheduled time and completed all work quickly and thoroughly. Ryan was able to give me some tips on how to get my woodstove to work more efficiently. They thoroughly cleaned up after they were done. Quick, thorough and courteous.

They were very cuteous over the phone and were available on short notice. They applied their advertised coupon automatically and a military discount. They called when they were on their way to my home, and made sure not to track mud (it was raining at the time) into the house and onto my just cleaned carpets. They inspected the chimney from the roof, the inside, and my deck to ensure the mortar and cap were in good working order. They kept me informed of everything they found as it happened, and were meticulous in their clean up of gear and any dust or dirt they got out of the chimney. They were incredibly polite and I will definately be using them again!

Ryan and his helper arrived on time and got right to work. They both were respectful and pleasant and made no mess. Climbed on roof to inspect chimney and informed me there were some cracks that can be taken care of later.

Wow! They contacted me immediately after I bought coupon. We set up a date. The owner & his helper arrived right on time. They were very careful entering my home with their equipment. They wiped their feet well everytime before entering my home they came back in the house. Tthey covered my carpet in front of the fireplace. & went to work. I have never had my fireplace & chimney cleaned so well!! The leaves etc. that they pulled off the top of my damper was unbelievable. It is a wonder I haven't had a chimney fire! After cleaning fireplace & chimney, they proceeded to apply a new chimney cap. When they left you couldn't tell they had even been here except when you looked into my very clean fireplace! I would recommend them to everyone & I will use them again in the future!

Overall Ace Chimney sweep was a great experience. They came right on time, and did a very thorough but quick and efficient job. When they were done, Ryan took the time to point out some areas of my chimney that I should just keep an eye on, as well as what areas were in good shape. I will definitely use them again and would absolutely recommend them to my friends.

As soon as I signed up for the Big Deal, Ryan contacted me to set a date. He and his helper arrived timely, brought in the equipment and got the job done. The fireplace was VERY sooty (we did not get a cleaning last year because we were going to replace it, then did not). They did a WONDERFUL job - very fast and efficient. Also, they were VERY NEAT - not a speck of soot was seen after they were done! (I have beige tile and pale carpet in front of the fireplace so that is always a worry). They did an excellent job, and Ryan is exceptionally pleasant to work with. He let me know before he started to vacuum since it was noisy. We purchased a discounted chimney sweep through Angie's List. After paying and placing a request for service, Ryan (Ace owner/operator) called us within the hour to schedule the sweep. Ryan arrived at the scheduled time with his assistant and quickly began working. The entire job was completed in about 30 minutes. Courteous and professional. Reasonable rates. We highly recommend Ace Chimney Sweep and will use Ace for all of our chimney needs.

The service was absolutely excellent. When I scheduled the cleaning through Angie's List, he contacted by email within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment. He worked around my schedule, and I had an appointment within a week. He arrived right on time. I have older, very large dogs, and he was fine and friendly with the dogs. Before he started any work, he put a blanket down. He cleaned the chimney. We had a gap between the fireplace and the insert. He took pictures and explained how this could be a potential problem. We did have the repair done. I had wanted a cap on the fireplace, and he had one to fit our 50-year-old house on his truck, and we were able to get that done at the same time. He took pictures of the chimney from our roof and made future recommendations. He finished quickly, and he left the area so clean that my family did not know that he had even come to do the work. That evening, he emailed me pictures of my chimney and again explained his recommendations. We were extremely impressed and pleased with the work. We have asked him to put us on his schedule to call us every year for a regular cleaning. We are also planning on having him return for the recommended repairs. I would recommend him without hesitation. This company was a great find!

I purchased the chimney sweep special through Angies' list for $54. Ryan showed up early, completed his work in a timely fashion and pointed out problems with the chimney mortar on the top. He gave me a quote for the additional work and said he probably wouldn't get to it before the next week. He actually completed the work in the same week. I also knew that i was missing the chimney cap which blew off in a storm, which he also replaced. Ryan was courteous, very professional and insured that he cleaned up after himself. A extremely satisfying encounter with someone who takes pride in their work and gives value for the expenditure. I will use Ace Chimney Sweep for my source of services for chimney work.

We had a wonderful experience with Ryan at Ace Chimney Sweep. He was very friendly and really took the time to explain what he was doing. He didn't try to oversell us on things we didn't need. I didn't know that much about chimneys so he really took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with my chimney. No muss, no fuss service. I will definitely be calling him again.

The contractor arrived promptly and was very professional. He started working quickly and performed a thorough job. In the course of his inspection, he discovered a couple of minor repairs that were required. After obtaining my approval, he quickly made the repairs. When finished, he cleaned up after himself thoroughly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had sold my washer and dryer on craigslist to a couple and the wife gave me her son's card and told me he does great work. I needed to have my chimney cleaned and a cap placed. I did get other estimates and Ryan was the most reasonable around. Ryan came out in the morning and cleaning out the chimney and all the other work that was needed. While capping the top of the chimney, Ryan notice I had branches hanging around and cleared them all out.I would DEFINITELY use Ace Chimney again!
