Ace Chimney Sweep

Ryan & Travis were prompt and very professional. They were extremely careful to cover the carpets and not leave any dirt or grime behind. They completed a thorough check of the inside and outside of the chimney and fireplace. I would recommend them to my friends and will call them again!

Ace Chimney Sweep was fine. They performed the service and it was better. He said that the flushing on top of the chimney needed a replacement but did not provide a quote of how much it would cost or if this company can provide the service.

He showed up on time and was quick and efficient. Very polite, kept area clean, and did not leave any mess.

Ryan arrived early and was at work on the top of the chimney when I arrived. He and his helper were friendly and professional. He performed the work very quickly. We all suspected that the chimney had never been cleaned before. He did a wonderful job of getting it in top shape.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did alright. They were stellar, I think they performed adequately for the service. For the price, it was great.

Super friendly and nice - especially on a CRAZY hot day. Arrived about 30 minutes early and was done within 30 minutes. Had a partner with him. The partner cleaned up the mess after they blew out the line. They used my broom, which was totally fine, but on a professional level they may want to bring their own broom and dustpan. Will use again and will recommend to my neighbors.

Ryan came out and cleaned out my chimney flue. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He did an excellent job and left everything spotless. He was very fast and professional. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The service was fine, we had no problem with that. But he said he was going to fix a cap on the chimney, he was going to work on it but we never heard back from him. It's not a big deal because we never paid him or anything. I as under the impression that he's going to get back with us. He said it was gonna be difficult and try to work on it. Everything was fine except for that. He didn't leave a mess and he was polite. The price is competitive. We looked at the chimneys and they were clean.

When we purchased this house a month ago we knew the damper needed repair on our gas fireplace. I selected Ace Chimney Repair from Angie's list and gave them a call. 2 days later we were expecting them late in the afternoon, but, they called saying they were available to come earlier. Ryan, the owner, came with his team mate, listened to everything we had to say and then went right to work.. They carefully covered everything to protect it from dirt and soot. They informed us that we were missing the clamp required on all gas fireplaces and placed one in. The trap door was rusted and not looking good so that was replaced and sealed around the edges. I have not had a gas fireplace before so Ryan showed me how it functions. Everything was cleaned up and left spotless. They did a super job and I would highly recommend them..

Ryan was both ,professional and pleasant . He immediately went to work and cleaned my dryer vent.He pointed out and offered to fix my outside cracked vent-I am so glad,as it was needed. I would highly recommend him and his company.I am hiring him in the fall to clean my chimney. Great Job!! .

It was easy to schedule an appointment that was convenient to us. The crew arrived on time. Service was thorough, left area clean. They identified a problem on the top of the chimney and provided an estimate. We will be using again .

When I called to make my appointment, Ryan was very friendly and courteous. The technician came right on time and was finished in about 20 minutes. The dryer vent was completely blocked with lint, but it's totally clear now and our dryer is much more efficient than before. It went well, they were great. They discovered the roofing company had covered over my dryer vent. 7 years ago. Since that time, two other companies had cleaned the dryer vent but never took the time to go on the roof. They not only discovered something that was dangerous, but was costing me wear and tear on my dryer unit, and adding probably tens of dollars per month in energy costs. They are the ultimate professionals and reccommend them without reservation.

Great. Ace was professional, punctual and clean. Did a great job. Probably would have fixed the problem the same day but I was not at home to make the decision and my sister who has trouble communicating was unable to explain the problem and solution to me.

I am sorry to be so vague on this. I really thought I had already reported on it a lot closer to the date. He was totally professional, came when he said he would, did what he had promised, and so forth. I downgraded him from A to B because he detected a flaw in the main opening for the filter and offered to fix it for what I felt was way too high a price. I turned that part down. Made up date of contact. Cannot remember.

I called Ryan and made the appointment for a few days ahead. He and partner arrived promptly and inspected the situation. They went right to work and found the dryer vent to be very clogged with lint. They even went into the attic to trace the vent and ensure that it was clear the whole way. They found a place where the vent pipe had separated and fixed that too! They cleaned up the considerable lint mess and advised us to install a better exterior grate and to have the vent checked annually, because of the long run and also many ups and downs along the way. They were very professional, worked hard and kept things tidy. Can't say enough good things about this service. This service was an exceptional deal at $64. They left me a few extra cards to pass out to other condo neighbors, which I'll gladly do. I'll be having them back in the fall to check my fireplace and annually for the dryer too. This was a great experience, Ryan and his assistant were professional and did a great job. They answered any question I had and I would recommend them to anyone. Most people do not realize how important it is to get your dryer vents cleaned to prevent fires and this was a small price to pay for a good service.

I bought a coupon from Angies for dryer vent cleaning. I am a new homeowner in this house and had no idea how long it had been since the vent was cleaned. Ace Chimney Sweep, Ryan Wilson, showed up with a helper on the date stated. He was punctual and went right to work. I had my dryer vent cleaned on a previous occasion, and I was pleasantly surprised how fast and efficient Ryan worked. His helper stood on a ladder at the vent outside to catch the lint, and Ryan worked inside by the dryer, with big brushes and a blower. It was amazing the huge amount of lint they cleaned out. I feel very comfortable that Ryan totally swept and blew out the vent and I have no more fear of a fire due to the accumulation of lint. Ryan recommended a bi-annual cleaning, recommendation I will sure follow.
