They were on time and professional. They inspected exterior areas for any issues and fixed them as well as cleaned up the area once completed.

Ryan was prompt, courteous, and professional. We prepaid for the service. We feel were pleased with the service and value for the price.

I used this company for the second year in a row. They are very personable and did a great job. Definitely will hire again. Only minor issue was I clicked the option on Angie's List asking them to contact me to set up an appointment, and never heard from them. My guess would be that it was a website issue, not an issue with the company.

Ryan was very punctual. He was running about 20 minutes late and took the time to call and alert me about it. He and his assistant were very professinal and worked fast. He discovered a tear in my vent connector and was a le to replace it while he was here. He honored the Angies list discounted price. I would recommend him ans use them again!

Ryan, the owner, and his crew were great. I originally purchased the routine chimney sweep to get ready for the winter in an old house that I recently purchased. The cleaning went great. Unfortunately, the thorough inspection revealed the horrible condition that both of my chimneys were in. Ryan explained all the issues in great detail with pictures and was not aggressive about getting me to fix the issues that he found right away. I did end up making a follow up appointment with them to fix the issues as noted above. Ryan continued to explain his work in great detail and was very thorough. Him and his crew were punctual and pleasant to get to know. I would recommend Ryan and his crew to all of my neighbors and family.

The owner, Ryan Wilson, and his helper arrived on time and discussed briefly the purpose for the service call. His helper began to sweep out the chimney while Ryan went on the roof to assess the situation. I was complaining of a foul, wet odor after several consecutive rainy days. He suggested that a chimney cap would all but eliminate that as well as keep critters from having access to the chimney. I agreed to have him go ahead and install the chimney cap ($110). I guess I was paying for the service of having him install it then and there as I later saw chimney caps at Lowe's for less than $50. The convenience was worth it to me to have him do it. There was no mess nor trace of their visit when they left. I would recommend Ace Chimney Sweep and I would definitely use him again!

Ryan and Travis did an awesome job. They arrived early, which worked out great for me and started right away. Ryan was extremely honest in telling me that the only thing I needed was cleaning. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Our fireplace looks great. We will definitely use Ace Chimney in the future and highly recommend them for your fireplace and chimney cleaning.

He did his work and found a repair that needed to be scheduled. He also recommended adding a chimney cap. That work is scheduled for this Friday, October 25. Overall he did a great job and there was no pressure sales effort.

They came right on time, and despite the fact that I was not on site and my contractor let them in, they set right to work and were finished by the time I arrived about half an hour later. They went over exactly what they had done and mentioned a large clot of wet lint that came out of the vent. That clog had been there through at least two yearly cleanings prior to Ace removing it. Before Ace's thorough cleaning, my dryer times were about 1-1/2 hours, and after they cleaned, my drying time was cut in half. I am so pleased with their service, the price and their thorough cleaning job that I will be using them next year as well.

They were awesome. They were about an hour early, but it still worked out fine. They were efficient and clean. I have nothing but good things to say. I'll definitely use them again.

The service provided was fine. They were here on time and they were unable to complete it because of problems within the duct. They couldn't get it out without tearing up more of the duct so they gave me other options that could be done. They told me to re-size the duct and get it done. I was very satisfied with what they did.

Owner and one worker arrived. Very professional. On time. Clean. Explained the dryer system in detail and made recommendations on future use and service. I would love to have these folks come back. Grade A service!

It was great. The man who came out was very professional and on time. He called before he came which I appreciated. He was really good. The only thing was that he did the chimney sweep and his hands were extremely dirty so I did get a little bit weirded out. In casual conversation, he was touching the banister but he was a super nice guy. I undertsand that that was his line of work and he was really great. I would definitely use his services in the future.

Ryan (the owner) was super friendly. He and his helped were on time, quick, and neat.

When they arrived, they set up at the fireplace and Ryan started work there. Travis set up at the dryer vent and started work there. They worked independently and finished both jobs in less than an hour, vacuumed and bagged up the debris and took it out with them. They also replaced the flexible dryer vent hose, which was deteriorating and split with age and put on new clamps. Both workers were courteous and professional, and both answered my questions about the work they were doing. I'm very pleased and will use Ace Chimney Sweep again.

Ryan was very professional and willing to help with my additional dryer vent problem which he did not need to do. He saved me from having a serious fire hazard in my walls.

ACE Chimney knows their job very well. The tech showed up on time, knew what codes applied to the chimney and told us what needed to be fixed in our chimney to make it functional. He noted that the footers were not in place to support the weight of the chimney, the stainless steel liners were necessary, hearth was built incorrectly, and venting was done incorrectly. I appreciate his knowledge and explanations of what was wrong. I would definitely use ACE again.

The chimney was cleaned and inspected in Aug 2013 . The other repairs were done this week. Everything was done neatly and I am very pleased with the results. The chimney looks new. The fireplace had a smoky smell, but that went away after it was cleaned. They were very professional and answered all of my questions.
