My experience with this company was excellent. They responded to my call right away and provided a very reasonable estimate for the work performed. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I was impressed with their professional way of doing business. Rick explained everything clearly and provided options for the repairs. By talking to him it was evident that he is very knowledgeable about roofing and knew exactly what the problem was. These guys do good work, but they are also honest, hard-working and fair. I will definitely use this company again.

Dave is awesome! I would highly recommend to anyone needing help with a roof job. After 2 years of struggling w/ several contractors doing shoddy patch & repair work (like putting a bandaid on niagara falls) Dave responded within minutes by phone & was out the next day assessing! He was very clear what needed to be done. Came out the following day & did the repairs. Very courteous quick speedy service. He left the Window area that was leaking looking like it was brand new. Even called me next day during 5 inch rainstorm to see if the repairs were holding (they were!) 3 storms later My house is dry as a bone. Dave rocks! Call him!!!

They were patient with me in finalizing the contract and did the job quickly without me even having to be home. I would use them again.

Our serviceman Dave was extremely friendly and professional. He explained the problems he found in detail, gave us options, and was honest and didn't try to get over on us. We will definitely be using your service again if needed. He got to work right away, did the job quickly, and we are very pleased with the results of our skylight repair. Dave also showed us a book with some of our options if we were to get skylights, and was very knowledgeable about the process. He even showed us an example of what the problem was. Great service!

I was very pleased with the service provided by Princess Anne Contracting. Last Tuesday my skylight blew away. I had a hole in the bathroom and it was raining! I was so panicked.
