I could tell a difference from before and after they sprayed in the activity of the pests. I thought the man was very polite and respectful and the bottom line is they did what I had paid them to do. They offered to come back out regularly and I said I would call when I was in need. They haven t been a bother which a lot of pest companies are.

Terminix International Company did a very good job for me. I very much trusted their judgments. I have been using them for over 30 years and they have always done a good job. The only thing that has changed since I started using them was their price. It has gone up from $15 a year to $130 a year.

We felt the service they provided was definitely beneficial to our home and we also have seen good results after they started the treatment. We had them out once every three months and it was never a hassle or inconvenient to us. We had a yearly contract with them. They were very respectful of our home and we really thought this was a top notch company.

I didn't think we had any termite problems now. Whenever they came out they were friendly. We thought it was a good deal, but then we thought more about it and decided that we didn t want to pay someone that much money just to see if we had a problem.

The only problem that we had with them is when they said they would cover silverfish and come out to check for them. They didn't follow up they way they said they would. They never showed up. They are always here for the quarterly check for termites though.

They sent out two servicemen to do the spraying on our house. They did a good job and kept our house safe from termites. They got the job done and were very thorough. The only bad thing was I tried to make a claim once about termite damage, and they wouldn't honor it or take care of it. It was not a huge problem, so I handled it but it was a bit of a hassle. They billed us every six months and come out every three months.
