Technician found a broken spring in the lift function. He gave me a quote for repairing the problem with a new spring and said he had the parts to do the repair with him. He was very efficient in fixing the problem. My only complaint is that I thought the price was a bit high. When I compared the final cost with some friends and associates, They told me they had similar work done at lower cost. The technician was very knowledgable, efficient, and personable.

Appointment was easy to schedule and the technician showed up on time. The work was performed as promised. I'd definitely hire this company again.

Company called within minutes after purchase! Technician came next day early at my request and did an outstanding job. Lubricated, tightened all bolts, made adjustments to opener and generally checked entire door system. Polite and professional ! Would most highly recommend and will use again.

Performed tune-up and also left a new remote garage door opener. The remote alone was worth the cost of the service. Door works perfectly.

The moment he arrived, he immediately inspected the garage door, opener, and rail system. He corrected some discrepancies, and recommended that I lubricated the rollers/hinges every six months. Otherwise, the garage door and opener was operating in good condition.
