The overall experience was very good. My old roofing was very old, with the main house having two layers. Even though there weren't any leaks, I knew it was time for new roofing. While the door to door lead in had me slightly leary, after I agreed to have the sales pitch next day, it went well...the young ladywent through the standard pitch, then added some points relating to top quality materials, their installers being fully certified by GAF, etc... The installers showed up just as scheduled, and dug right in removing the old roofing. Because of two layers, and having the garage roof done as well, it took a day and a half to complete, and they were very particular in cleaning up. Others have said their prices are high, and I agree to a point. However, having the highest quality in materials, and a very careful installation, relieves any anxiety. Overall, very well done, and no problems yet...

Initial visit with the salesperson went well and the display and examples of the products and the heat test was impressive. Purchased windows and door and signed contract with a three day cancellation clause. After doing more research we decided the price was too high and canceled. The next day we were contacted and the price dropped by 2800. We were amazed at the markup. When the windows and doors arrived the installation went smoothly and In my opinion went quickly. Installers were friendly and appeared to us to really know their business. Approximately two hours later, the door would not shut and no amount of forcing would close the door. Approximately 2 inches remained for full closure. We immediately called the company who called the installer. The installer promptly returned the call and said that the door needed to adjust to the temperature and that it would close when the temperature stabilized. Initially the door did close and we were able to lock it that night. The next day we again could not close the door after opening. The only way to close the door was to take two people, with one pulling on the handle and another pushing against the partition between the two glass doors. This started over 3 months of hassle and many phone calls to get action, any action. While showing our new expensive windows and doors to our neighbor, he remarked, why are your screens not the right size. Wow, our expensive and supposed great quality windows did in fact have the wrong screens. We contacted the company and of course they did not believe us. A representative came out and found the serial numbers off the windows and recording them, still not fixing the door problem. Yet another person comes out to look at the door problem. He was nice but in training and did not have an answer the the door or screen problem. After many calls and two canceled or no show appointments we were contacted and told they were going to order a transition piece between the two doors. Still no screens or closed door. On and On and On this went. We were told that the screens were finally in. We asked if we could have them brought out and the reply was that they would wait for the door transition. Too much trouble for them I guess. Finally the door was scratched up and scrapped from 3 months of attempting to close this $3000 door. I finally put my foot down and asked for a new door because of all the damage. I was told they had a product that was made to take out the scratches. I said no way. During this entire time we were repeatedly told the screens were waiting for the part or the door to come in or the door was waiting for the screens. I am totally amazed at the incompetence shown through this entire comic scenario. One of the original sales people got testy on the phone with my wife and pronounced that they don't make mistakes and stormed over to find out that they did. There is more to this, much more and I am running out of energy trying to figure out how so many people could be so messed up and the company make money. My only joy came from my wife and I telling two of our neighbors under no circumstance purchase windows from these clowns. Go to the last Ringling Brothers Circus instead. You are going to love this part,. .........When finally the door and windows did arrive, we were told by the installer that he noticed that the screens did not fit from day one. REALLY!!!!!! REALLY!!!!!!!!Did he tell us? No. Did he tell his superiors? YES YES YES. Would I buy from them again? NO NO NO We requested to talk to the owner but were denied time and time again. We never did and it is probably for the best because if he knew what was going on he would sell the business. I am upset yes!!!!!!!! Would I buy from them again there are only two chances, SLIM AND NONE

We spent an entire Saturday with the sales reps from Paramount who did a very thorough demonstration of the performance of their window offerings. As well, they had samples of the siding and roofing that they install and explained how their products and installation methods are superior. Unfortunately, while their materials seemed to be of very good quality, their quote was substantially higher than the other estimates that we had received for the same work. In addition, they wanted us to sign a contract on the spot in order to secure the price they had quoted. Ultimately, we opted not to use them.

Outstanding from start to finish. It is the second time I solicited assistance from this company, In 2004, I had used this company to install new windows in my home in Chesopeian Colony, which was a waterfront property. I was amazed at the difference the windows made in my heating and cooling bills. Still today, I have a family member who resides in that house, and the windows look precisely the way they did in 2004 when I bought them. In the home I am in now, I moved into it in 2014 and at the time, I knew I was going to have to purchase new windows. When I accommodated the expense into the budget, I immediately called Derek Hass with Paramount Builders once again, as I knew that the quality of the product was second to none. Derek has been with Paramount for many years and I was fortunate that I was able to reach him and he immediately came out to take care of measurements, estimates, and explained everything to me. This company has an outstanding reputation for quality, sales, and service, and they earn it every single day.

High pressure sales tactics. Be careful. May up charge.

They do everything, they don't only do windows, siding, all kinds of things. It was good, they did a very excellent job. I can 't complain about anything. It took them about 2 weeks. Price wise it was was reasonable. They did a good job. They came back to check that the job was done right. I recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

Sales rep was courteous & not pushy listened to what we wanted and queried relevant products. Install teams were on time & efficient answered all my questions & concern as well as ensured the products were to own satisfaction. Overall great experience great price for products.

The workers was on time, worked quickly and very professional very friendly. I love them. Highly recommenced.

Roof crew was excellent! Gutter crew also excellent. Siding crew was horrible. I live in a townhouse so there is only a front and a back. Took them 2 days & it would have been longer if my husband didn't push them along. Some of the sales people are slick & make you belive all is included when it isn't. The siding crew left a bad taste in my mouth & will never use them again.

Derek the salesman was knowledgeable and on time, chuck and his crew were on time, answer questions, cleaned up and did great work.

Everything went as explain from the salesman to the final work. I was very pleased.

Lori the sales representative was very personable and professional. Installers and every company contact were professional, thorough, honest and provided an excellent job; house looks like new.

The people did the work very well. They sent the wrong doors for the patio from the factory. They were in the wrong boxes and marked wrong. It took two extra weeks to finish the work.

Paul was on time, had all materials needed, work quickly and his helper worked well together cleaning as they went they finish the job completely. I am very satisfied.

Each person in the process was professional, answered questions, carefully offered advice and all were pleasant folks.

The install crew showed up early and got to work right away to beat the weather. Crew was very friendly and very professional.

The work crew showed up on time. They worked through many obstacles to install the doors in a timely finish on including removing & reinstalling a section our siding.

Job went really well. It only cast as much as it did because the wall was rotted.

Not reviewing the work only the process to get the absurd quote. Some nice knocked on the door to check if we wanted to do to some house improvements, since we were thinking about the roof we said "yes". We scheduled an appointment that overall took MORE THAN 2 HRS with fancy presentation. From the beginning we were telling them that it had to be affordable since we were going through some financial changes in the household. They came up with $26k initial quote that we could pay in installments or if we did the referral program (some effortless promotion) they will drop the price to 20,000. They sale the roof as if they were doing something different and greater than other companies but they're doing exactly they same stuff for a humongous markup. Whenever the two sale guys went outside to discuss the pricing and it took them 30 MINUTES, clearly they just wanted the money and could care less of what we had told them about pricing. All, look for options!! Get quotes! I got two more quotes from companies that offer exactly the same for 1/4 of this company's price without wasting our valuable time with worthless presentations and absurd quotes.

Paramount was the 4th roofer that I interviewed. The team that came to my house was very nice and professional but they wouldn't stop talking! I explained that I had received previous quotes for the same exact product and didn't need them to go into every detail of the business! After over an hour of talk the rep, finally went out to measure and give me a quote. The other 3 quotes were within @200 of each other depending on selections but Paramount was 4 1/2 times their quotes! I was then offered a "special price if I sign today" of $8000 less. None of the other total quotes were even close to being 8K! Their work may be great but it really worries me that some folks are suckered into paying those rediculous prices.

It went really well. From the initial phone call we made, to the home visit, measurements and paper work. Once all this was finalized and the installation date came we had no issues at all!! The workers were just as professional as the first time and completed the work in a timely manner. ( It was extremely hot and humid, but they worked to get the job done without complaint ) At one point we were offered a bit of a discount to place a sign in the yard for a specified amount of time to advertise the company who did the job. We were only to happy to do this. This company is willing to work with you on pricing and they are very professional at all times. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR THIS TYPE OF HOME REPAIRS!!
