Mitch and Howard were extremely friendly. They showed up on time and cleaned all areas when they finished installed the door and windows. Secrun was excellent from start to finish.

I called Paramount Builders to get an estimate for some exterior trim work. I explained the job and was told that they could come out and take a look and give an estimate. I was asked for my name, and then asked if I was married. I thought this was a strange question and asked why they thought they needed to know anything about my wife. Then I was asked if my wife was on the deed to our house and that they would only come out if all the home owners were present. I explained that my wife was working abroad so it was impossible for her to be here. Paramount Builders then retracted their offer to provide an estimate and turned down the job. I'm guessing that a sales person, not an estimator, was going to sit us down at the kitchen table and try and sell us a new roof, windows, doors, or siding. This is not the type of company I would ever do business with.

A.J. was always on time, started early and worked late. I was consulted every time something came up. He was very willing to do things to enhance the overall job. Great job A.J.

Crew showed at 0630 we moved our vehicles, work started and completed at 1300.

They sent folks out to our area, I was in the market to get a garage door repaired. I asked if they did that they said sure so i set up a appointment to get an quote well they don't repair garage doors. they told me all about there windows, trim wrap, and a bunch of other stuff i did not even care about. they gave me the only good today price i said that ok so he made a phone call and dropped the price even more. Told them no thanks and sent them on there way, next day I get a call and was told "The guy was new and way overpriced the job and that the sales manger would like to come out and look at the job to give me a better quote". I informed them that i would not be interested. the next day there was a knock at the door and it was someone new to give me a better quote. keep called and still getting calls.

Very well. I paid the $75 fee and they brought in the replacement window a few weeks later and replaced in 5 minutes. They definitely honor their widow warranties as it was the previous owner of the house that had purchase this window that had a manufacturer defect. Only downside is that the sales side of the company has tried now three times to schedule a time to come out and do an estimate to replace my wood trim with vinyl which I have no intention of replacing at this time since I am preparing to sell the house soon.

Everything went great. Salesman was very professional. No problems with finance department. Delivery and installation were on time and went quickly and smoothly. There were a few minor followups needed and they were done when promised and with a we want you to be satisfied attitude.

The sales rep seemed to know the product very well and explained the entire process of installation from beginning to end. He was on time and very personable. We were moderately pleased with his presentation, but there were a few things that we would have liked to have seen, but I suppose every rep is different as to how they conduct business. Overall, the presentation went well, but we rec'd a quote from another area GAF certified roofer for the same product and much lower price.
