Mitch and Howard were installers – very courteous & efficiency – worked a great pace but careful to pay attention to details explained exactly what they were doing and completed work all in < 2 hours.

I initial sales pitch was very lengthy, lot it was very informative. Installers arrived on time were awesome and were very efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

Sharon, sales rep, was on time & very thorough presenting option & company's credential’s installation team was very through in doing the installation & paying attention to details-work looks good.

Both the 1st install & this one were performed in a professional & timely manner. All debris was taken away I am very pleased with the entire process & product.

Bad business practices. Not upfront with quotes and misleading with information. The last person to come was professional and understood my position and didn't try the hard sell..

Sales person Mr. Chuck Williams came to my home explain the entire slope of project and helped design the door on line & oven got our home owners association to approve project. Joe Dawson did excellent job install the new door & storm door.

Salesman was low key, no pressure, very knowledgeable and thorough. Production went according to promised schedule. Installation was on schedule and very professional.

The saleswoman sat down and proceeded to do a "Marketing Survey" asking my elderly family member lots and lots of personal questions. I was in proximity to hear the conversation so decided to ask her why she was asking so many personal questions. She said it was so she could offer the best product for the client and it was there company process to do a Marketing Survey. I told her we just want an estimate. She told me I was too aggressive and not letting her do her job. Again I asked for an estimate. She said she needed to take measurements of the two doors so did and returned in a few minutes. Then she wrote up a sheet with an $8K estimate to which we were appalled at the outrageously high cost. Then she proceeded to flip through her notebook and show us what at least 4 other companies in the area would charge for that door. I interrupted again and told her we were only interested in her estimate. We then asked if she could leave us a card and the estimate and we would get back to her. Well, she paused and said that she couldn't leave the estimate because she it was only good for the "first visit" and reflected a "first visit" discount of 20%. She said if we didn't sign a contract today they wouldn't offer that discount again. I told her that my elderly family member was seeking estimates and had no intention of signing anything. Again she told me I was being too aggressive. She continued to provide high pressure tactics to my elderly family member and I was done with her inconsiderate, high pressure, tactless manner and asked her to leave. At that point she picked up her things and stormed out of the house while slamming the front door. I was absolutely shocked at her unprofessionalism and high pressure tactics. We will never ever buy from them and our friends and family we meet will be told to avoid Paramount Builders.

Good experience- weather delay- but later good weather. Courteous installers.
