We originally wanted them to do all of our windows, but they charged a great deal more than they quoted. The windows had the more expensive frames, which we did not ask for. In our opinion they were somewhat dishonest. The windows that were installed were done well. We ended up deciding to hire another company to finish the rest of the house, because of the enormous cost involved.

They did an excellent job installing our superior customized windows. The job was completed in the time frame that was given. I really liked that they took our old windows out and they disposed of them for us. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The results I got were well worth the price that I paid. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The job done by this company was horrible. The windows immediately started to cloud up. We do not know if this was caused by the product or the installation but it happened. They came back and re-installed two of the windows, and they clouded up shortly thereafter. We have called them countless times and they no longer return our calls. Considering the cost involved in this we feel they should have done more to solve the problem. We will never hire them again.

They were the best company for this type of job. The installation they did on our front door was great. They put the screen door on the front also. The guy was so nice he even replaced my doorbell and fixed the top trim at no extra cost. They did good work and took pride in what they did and it showed. They did the windows on my house also and those were great too.

The initial estimate was substantially higher and then lowered after we declined their estimate. That should have been the red flag for us. The framing around five of the 11 windows were cracked. They completely forgot to caulk one window. I had some water damage as a result of the poor work that was done. We still had some leaking and all they have done was come out and took photos so far.

They did a fantastic job on the vinyl siding and we haven't had any problems with the work. The men that did the work removed all of the old siding and hauled it away for me. They cleaned up very well when they were done. The men were very nice.

I love this company; they are kind of like my handyman. There is not a job to big or too small for them to handle. I believe the last thing they did was my front door. They have also done repairs to my roof and replaced some windows as well. They are always available to me when I need them, and it is always easy to get an appointment. I have never been turned down for a single job, and their pricing is very reasonable depending on what you have done. I cannot remember all the prices, but the repair to my roof was only about $125; it was just a little section that had been leaking. I would recommend these guys to anyone for any job.

To begin with, I thought the price was out of this world for the poor work that I had to deal with. The two men showed up late, which made it hard for them to get done in a decent timeframe; especially, considering one of them also had an artificial leg. I did not think he was in the right line of work for a man in his condition. It also made me quite nervous. I just did not care for them much at all.

With this company, I was somewhat happy with the product and the price. I was not happy at all with the service. I feel the men did a lousy job, and for the money I paid it should have been done a little more professionally. They kind of slacked off a bit and thought everything was quite a joke. Thank goodness the windows are strait and lined up with one another, or else I would be extremely dissatisfied. I paid about $800 per window.
