Bay Breeze Plumbing & Gas

Robin ran a gas line from a newly installed gas meter. He connected the line to a new gas stove and fireplace. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very quick to do the work and responsive to different forms of communication. His price was very fair which set him apart from 4 other quotes. I will definitely use him in the future for any gas or plumbing needs.

The plumber performed quality work, was a Veteran, and was friendly and pleasant. I made the mistake of not asking for a bid. I expected to pay a little more for a Saturday call but nothing like what I was charged. He worked for about three hours and installed less than $30.00 in parts. I was shocked when he handed me a bill for $914.00. $914.00 - $30.00 = $884.00 divided by 3 = $294.67 per hour. I don t know about you but that seems unnecessarily high! $300.00 per hour why would anyone seek another profession?

I have been trying to get a plumber to do this job for months. After contacting Home Advisor they recommended Bay Breeze. Robin called with in the hour and I sent him a picture of my problem. He gave me a ballpark estimate and we set appointment for Monday. He showed up on time and had the job finished in about an hour. Bay Breeze did a great job for 1/3 the price I was previously quoted!

I was contacted immediately through Home Advisor after contacting them with this company recommendation. The representative plumber set up a timely appointment visit after I explained the problem to him. He then contacted me the evening before to confirm and called when he was on his way to the appointment. I appreciated all this confirmation (I had previously been stood up by a plumber who did not even return my calls to contact him). The plumber was respectful and congenial. He was conscious of the work space and cleaned up after himself. All n all, a great experience.
