I contracted to get this work done. I was told that the materials would be delivered on 3/16. I was also told that it would be a two day job. The materials were not delivered until 3/20. Work begun on the 23rd. The person doing with work did a very professional job but was called away to do other jobs on more than one occasion and had to leave mine unfinished. It eventually was completed in 3 weeks. For the price I paid the lumber should have all been premium in my opinion but a lot of it was standard.
