I spoke to John Long on the phone, and he was responsive and available and explained what seemed like a fair rate structure (including a minimum 1/2 hour charge for the visit). The electrician that he sent, Bo, was on time, friendly, exceedingly professional, and worked very efficiently. Bo worked quickly and neatly, gave thoughtful advise, and was conscientious not only of my property but of my pocketbook. After a half-day at my house, I was impressed by all that got done, and the total charges were less than I expected. I am very pleased with Bo and with Long Electric, and will absolutely call on them again when needed.

Work was done very professionally and neatly. They arrived as scheduled each time and accommodated our schedule when we first contacted them to install the recessed lighting, because we wanted to have it done before painters arrived. John, the owner, offered estimates and quickly scheduled the work we agreed to. Bo, his associate, did most of the work and was very diligent. Highly recommend.
