The owner Kevin was great to work with. He was very forward and upfront about everything. He worked with my HOA to get the approval we wanted for our fence to be installed and got it all done in one day once we had final approval from the HOA. I have never had the pleasure of working with a more professional and concerned contractor than Mid Atlantic Millwork. They were off-the-chart superb in every way: (1) from the beginning when owner, Kevin, came to our home to generate an estimate and explain what and how they would first remove 120 yards of custom cedar fencing and then replace it in kind; (2) through three full days (the third day in light to moderate rain that they voluntarily worked through to finish the job on the day planned) of always exceedingly careful work that showed perfect concern for our as well as our two side-neighbors' needs; to (3) final clean-up and (perfectly fair) settlement. Every single individual of a fairly large team - maybe 10 folks at any given time - did their part in exemplary fashion. We cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone...we'd be most remiss to do otherwise.

The guys came early ready to work. Fence was done in hours. Great job guys! Love my new fence.

After Miss Utility identifies the buried cables and lines make sure you know everything else that may be affected by the hole digging. I had a water line that I wasn't aware of that ran to my converted garage apartment and it was ruptured, so that was an extra cost. Seems like it should be a 50/50 split between customers and contractors and added to the contracts as an addendum.

Kevin's team was courteous and professional in all aspects of our job. They worked through some extremely hot and humid weather, removing and replacing over 250' of wood fence. The installation through the trees in our yard is exceptional. We are very happy with the quality of workmanship and love the new finished appearance of our backyard. Pricing was competitive with other estimates we received and the job was started and completed in the time promised.

I had a major backyard project done and this company was the most professional of every company I dealt with. They came out as scheduled, completed the work in one day, made minor accomadations for changes, cleaned up the worksite and were respectful and polite. Despite his full schedule, he fit my project in, and completed it within a week. The guys that did the installation were very professional, personable and did an outstanding job.
