Z Cleaners provided excellent and friendly service. They were prompt on appts, and were very gracious to deal with a scheduling problem: Z and partner met me at house at scheduled time, but the heat was not working. We had to reschedule appt after getting heat fixed since it was too cold for carpets to dry. They were very gracious about problem, didn't complain at all about coming out for no reason. Z worked with me to find new time, they came back and did a great job, getting out stains I was very skeptical would come out. Always personable and friendly throughout process!

Z Cleaners arrived on time, he was very nice and very professional, he did an excellent job, and left work area very clean & neat. We were very pleased with the job and price. The service went well. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about an hour and a half. They were able to clean all 4 areas we needed. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

This was the best experience we have had with a carpet cleaner. Z's called ahead the day of the service to tell us when they would arrive and then arrived promptly. The work was done quickly with no mess or disruption to the rest of the house. The carpets look much better than we expected and we are delighted. Mr. Luvsanvandan was a pleasure to work with and we will use him and his firm to clean our oriental rugs and various upholstered furniture. We wholeheartedly recommend this firm.

Z did a great job from scheduling, to confirming appointment, to calling before arriving to reviewing the job - everything. His work is exceptional and he really pays attention to detail. Our carpets are ten year old and this is the second time we have had them cleaned - including a lot of pet stains. All are gone. The darkness around the base board even looks lighter.

Zulkhuu "Z" is amazing. He called the day before to confirm the appointment. He arrived at my home right on time and proceeded to inspect the areas he would be cleaning. He then setup his equipment and went right to work. He started by spot treating certain areas. He then worked extremely hard to thoroughly clean all areas. He moved the coffee table, end table and a recliner so that he could clean under these items. The larger pieces of furniture (couch and entertainment center) were unable to be moved due to the size. It took him about 1.5 hours to complete the cleaning. The carpets look amazing and everything smells so clean. Having 2 dogs, I have dealt with a number of carpet cleaners in the past and Z is, by far, the best I have ever used. Not only did he work hard to clean the carpets he was extremely professional and courteous. There was absolutely no pressure to up-sell me anything. Although I did purchase additional services, it was because I asked for them and not because he tried to talk me into anything. I will recommend Z Cleaning to everyone I know. Thank you Z, I will be calling you back in the spring!

The proprietor of the service personally and punctually arrived at the appointed time. Carefully surveyed what needed to be done. Explained in detail the work process and the possibility of fabric shrinkage as a result of the cleaning, given that the drapery in question was very old, fragile, badly soiled and had an inner lining made of different material that also needed cleaning. He also explained how he might be able to mitigate any possible shrinkage, which he did very well after completion of cleaning and rehanging the drapery. His proposed fee was reasonable, given the size of the job and the delicacy of the materials. He also performed minor repairs on the fabric, where needed, did additional spot-cleaning, re-installed the hardware and improved the pulling mechanism. The steam cleaning of the sofa was accomplished on premises. Z Cleaners had all the necessary equipment at the site and performed the task most satisfactorily and with absolutely minimal dislocation of the home. Afterward, he carefully cleaned up the work area and restored the furniture to its appropriate places. After completion of the job Z Cleaners telephoned to make sure everything was satisfactory and willingly returned at no extra charge to do some additional spot-cleaning the need for which was not immediately evident at the time of the original cleaning. I was most satisfied with the work done. Throughout the process Z Cleaners was polite, most pleasant and professional and always attentive to the home-owners needs and concerns. I plan to use Z Cleaners in the future, should the need arise, and recommend the firm to others without reservation.

Z called the evening before to confirm appointment and called the next morning when he was twenty minutes away. He came in and took a tour of the house to understand any problem areas and gave a realistic expectation of a recent red wine spill. He is very courteous and friendly and tells you how he plans to do the job and got to it immediately. He took such good care of walls and wood floors. He even has these plastic corner protectors to make sure the hoses didn't scratch the paint. I was very impressed with his professionalism. A sign of a good contractor to me are those that care about the things that I care about. For example, he parked in the driveway but needed access to his truck the entire visit. He could have left our garage door up the entire time but I was happily surprised to see that he had lowered the door to a few inches off the ground while he was working. That prevented super cold air from coming in. I appreciated that level of concern. All the rugs were cleaned nicely. He moved furniture and moved it back and left very little for me to do when the rugs dried. Oh, he removed the wine stain. Impressive. .

It was great! We used number of different cleaners before but Z cleaners was the best so far. No necessary up sales, english speaking techs, clean, professional and friendly. They were on time, polite and left NO MESS after (unlike many others). They took out two spots that other carpet cleaning company couldn't. Keep it up Z cleaners !!!

Over all the carpet was cleaned very well. He was punctual and professional. He also performed the carpet stretching and cleaned the dryer vent. All the work was performed very well and I am satisfied.

I was pleased but I am not sure if I received the stain protection as part of the deal. Will need to call again. I did ask Z to come back and touch up some areas that had stains. He understood and was more than happy to return and fix the areas.Am pleased with the results. Z was professional,courteous,and friendly.

They did a great job even when his on truck machine would not start. They started with a portable unit and when they got the machine to work finished up. He took extra time to work a few tough stains and got most of it out. While I think my square footage was higher than the coupon allowed for he did not ask for more. Great service.
