Z was great. We have a two story family room with many windows in the upper and lower level. We have 8 panels of very long drapes that start at the top windows and extend past the lower windows to the floor. These drapes were in need of cleaning due to dust accumulation over the years. Z arrived at the house as scheduled and was very professional. He and his coworker took down the drapes carefully, cleaning and dusting the upper window sills as they went. After removal Z took the drapes, cleaned and pressed them, returning them a week later to be rehung. He took great care with the rehanging and even pressed the pleats again after hanging to reshape them. They look amazing! Now that we know about this service we will probably get this done at least every few years and will call Z again to do the job.

Arrived right on time, very pleasant, very professional. Went to work immediately. Answered any questions that we had and were careful with our home. The rugs looked amazing when they were finished!! We would definitely hire them again. Job well done.. You won't be disappointed in hiring this company... Thanks so much!!

It all went well. One room definitely had pet urine stains. It looked clean when the fellow left, but once the carpet was dry, the stains were still there. They have always come out before with professional cleaning. So, I'm not sure if I should have them redo it. Also, the ad says that the offer includes Stain Protection or Deodorizing. Neither was offered and the room in question still smells. *** Owner called me and came by quickly to reclean the one room in question. He explained that often pet stains will resurface if they had been down to the pad. I acknowledged this, but that they had been able to be cleaned before. I think it already looks much better. I appreciated his personal visit.

Arrived on time; used plastic protectors where needed; laid out towels on wood floors to protect them; and got out most of the stains.

It went great. They got out a stain that a previous cleaner did not. They also cleaned my hall way for no extra charge. Will use again and recommend to others.

He was available to come out to do the work pretty quickly after we purchased the Big Deal. It was okay. We used them because of their reviews on Angie's List. They're also located in the service area he services. It meant a lot to us, that it was a family business. He was very professional. He was kind and generous. He provided additional knowledge about just keeping your carpets clean. It was good.

Very responsive. Scheduled the appointment quickly and showed up on time. Provided excellent service! Would absolutely call again next time we need carpets cleaned.

They called a time or two to confirm the appointment, and to see if it was possible to come earlier. It was, as I was working from home that day. 10 'areas' in all. Very happy with the results, will call them again.

I write this as my carpeting is drying! Mr. Z and his college-age son just departed. They cleaned beige carpeting throughout my house. They pre-spotted and performed truck-mounted steam extraction. At my request, they used my water from my hose bib, although Mr. Z had assured me on the phone that they provide clean water from a tank on their truck, separate from the tank that pulls in the dirty water. The day prior to the service, Mr. Z phoned to confirm. He and arrived promptly and spent two hours cleaning the carpet in: - two upstairs bedrooms - upstairs hall - steps - family room - area rug in living room - area rug in foyer My carpeting had normal traffic soil; it was not terribly dirty, because I get routine carpet cleaning. Mr. Z and his son especially targeted the edges of the rooms, where the carpet meets the baseboards, which appeared darker than the rest of the carpeting. The Angie's List Big Deal was for eight areas. Two rooms were sizable and counted as two. Mr. Z threw in my foyer area rug. He was careful and considerate. He placed protective material where the wide hose turned corners. He dried wet spots on the kitchen and foyer tile. I was offered carpet protection for an additional fee, but I declined. Before departing, Mr. Z invited me to view the results. They really were meticulous, even brushing the edge of each step. Upon completion, the carpet is not terribly wet; Mr. Z. says it will be dry in a few hours. He and his son did a very nice job.

The provider called the day before and the day of the appointment to confirm the appointment and on the day of the appointment, they arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time, which was fine with me! The only thing I didn't like was in the 'fine print' of the deal, it stated that "extreme staining may incur additional charges". When I pointed out an area that I was hoping they would try to remove the stains, the provider immediately said that he couldn't remove the stain. I at least wanted him to make an attempt to remove the stain before saying that it couldn't be removed at all. Other than that, the service was great. Arrived on time and was out in under 2 hours!

I am very happy with this service. He came in and started working right away and it didn't take too long. Carpets look great!

Z Cleaners personnel arrived on time, we're professional and courteous and did an excellent job in removing pet stains from my carpeting. My carpets look almost new again. I recommend you use this excellent company.

I purchased the $99 carpet cleaning special for four areas. Shortly after making the purchase, I was contacted by Zee to schedule. The 4 areas were cleaned as arranged 3 days later. Great service and timely work.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for carpet cleaning, and scheduling was very easy. Z contacted me very quickly after my purchase to set up the appointment. He arrived right on time, and was done in the amount of time he estimated. The carpets looked great afterwards.

They seemed to do a good job. I bought a Big Deal. They came out fairly quickly. There were no additional charges. The job took about an hour or so. The pricing was good.

Mr. Z was very responsive in every aspect of providing service. He called and arranged service to meet our needs. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very efficient in cleaning all the areas quickly and thoroughly. We were very satisfied with the service and won't hesitate to call him again.

Z came to my home and cleaned carpets and dining room chair upholstery. Z and his assistant were able to get out most of the stains in our carpets and the chair upholstery turned out great. Also, Z's customer service was very good. I would recommend them and will use them again!

Asa was professional, prompt and thorough. He cleaned the carpets in 4 areas of the house and spot cleaned (for an additional charge) areas where my son or dog had spilled stuff. I will use them again in the future as my carpet looked great after he was done.

He did a great job. He was prompt, friendly and professional, was knowledgable, and worked darn hard. I asked for special attention to be given to the stairs, including the risers. It was old carpet in a condo I just bought. The seller said they just had it steam cleaned. Well, they didn't use Z, cause he got it visibly cleaner. I'm keeping it, rather than replacing it, thanks to Z. I'd use him again, without hesitation.

He did what he was supposed to. Carpet looked good after he finished. Obviously, he makes up for the discounted pricing by trying to sell additional services like deodorizing and stain protectant.

Before I decided to hire him, I called and spoke with the owner, Mr. Z. Because my stair runner was a costly, oriental-type 100% wool, running the length of our 4-storey home, I needed reassurance that his cleaning process wouldn't damage it, and would leave no sticky residue. I also wanted to make sure he didn't hire 'subcontractors'. He was very friendly and helpful, and described his cleaning methods at length. He assured me that he would personally come to my house to see the rugs before beginning work. On the day of service, Mr. Z called 20+ minutes before he arrived--exactly on time--which I greatly appreciated. He was extremely courteous, took great pains not to track dirt on my floors or damage walls with the hose. He examined all my rugs prior to beginning the cleaning, and explained the various methods he would use. I was extremely pleased with Mr. Z's work. The rugs looked cleaner, and dried very quickly. The 'nap' doesn't have that just-washed look that I have seen after previous carpet cleaning jobs, and there was no feeling of residue. The tile floor/grout appearance was improved. But the thing that pleased me most was the appearance of my sheer drapery panels. What an improvement! When he re-installed them, he worked with me to ensure they were hung exactly the same length as before. So glad I found Mr. Z! He offers excellent customer service at reasonable prices, clearly takes pride in his work, and is friendly, hardworking, and eager to please the customer. I plan to have him return soon to clean several pieces of silk upholstered furniture, and will also eventually have him clean my oriental and needlepoint rugs off-site. So happy that I finally found someone I can trust with my fine rugs and fabrics!

This is a townhouse that my husband and I rent and the previous renters left some very serious and very large stains. I really didn't want to have to replace the carpet so I contacted the owner, Z, and told him our situation. He agreed to come and give us his honest opinion as to whether or not he could really remove the stains. He said that he could and he did. He totally exceeded my expectation. He also deodorized and the house smelled fresh. He also explained that with three of the worst stains, that there might be some "browning", which means that the stain may rise back up to the surface. He said if that happens to just give him a call and he will come and re-clean it. Z was very professional and pleasant. I would absolutely use his again.

It was pretty good. I thought it was a really good price and deal. I appreciated that they were very straight forward with pricing and didn?t try to get me to buy extra things while they were there. I would use them again.
