The first three treatments were great, with a technician who seemed to know his stuff inside and out, and was intent on doing everything he could to help us kill the bugs and roaches we occasionally saw. The fourth guy was a dud - he rushed through and just didn't seem to know what he was doing. His truck was branded with another company's logo, so maybe he was a last minute replacement or contractor. At any rate, we emailed to see about getting someone more thorough. We were promised a phone call that didn't end up happening, but when we contacted them via email again they were very responsive and set us up with another treatment at no cost. The year is up, so I have received a few phone calls from Pest Now offering to keep our treatments going. Their offer is $85 a quarter to continue the service. The rep on the phone asked what pests we were seeing and I indicated roaches. He indicated that roaches are not and were not included in the deal we have had up to now and that it would be $185 for a first visit to include roaches, then $125 per quarter to continue. I was shocked to learn that the technicians visiting our home would not treat for roaches because we had spoken with them and clearly indicated that was an issue. The technicians never made any distinction between regular pest control and roaches. I indicated that if we had not been receiving treatments for roaches, I would be inclined to use a different company because if a technician was here and talking to us about roaches while not treating the house for roaches, that would be senseless. At that point, another person came on the phone to indicate that yes indeed we had been treated for roaches and that yes indeed we could continue. This has generally been a pretty good service for us--especially the first couple visits from a very competent and engaged technician. However, given the conflicting information and ease with which the rate could be changed, I'm dubious if the rate for roaches reflects an upgrade in service or is simply an upcharge for the same service. In any event, our costs have not increased which is great but now I am left a bit skeptical about whether or not I've been receiving the appropriate treatments or if this business perhaps inappropriately upcharges its customers. We continue to see some roaches, and are considering a move to another provider to see if there is an improvement.

I was generally pleased with my interactions with PestNow. The technician and inspector were professional and prompt, and they seemed genuinely interested in trying to explain the scratching noise. However, it seemed on several occasions that they would start to reassure me that there didn't seem to be any mice, but then would backtrack and warn me of all the harm mice (and other vermin they treat) could do, trying to sell me their quarterly treatments. They told me on several occasions that houses cannot be sealed off completely from mice, which was obviously not what I wanted to hear, but also not terribly relevant given that it appears we do not currently have any mice. It also was quite different from their description of the rodent exclusion process, which they stated involved closing 90% of the holes first, allowing the remaining 10% as egress, and then closing the final 10%. Their actual approach seemed more like an effort to close whatever they could find and assume that other spots still exist (like under a porch or deck) that are unidentifiable. The original scratching mystery is still not solved, but I do think that for $185 (which included 4 visits), it was worth it to find out that it doesn't appear to be caused by mice (at least not in the house or attic). I think the problem may be related to the chimney, which they were not able to fully inspect (there is a turn in the flue, making it hard to examine). I am going to try a wildlife expert next.

Right to business. Inspected the first floor. Inspection took 20 minutes. Inspector showed up right on time. Love it!!!! Fellow Angie's list members, these guys are good.

I had a very positive experience with them and they are very professional and very courteous. I got excellent service from them when I had some issues with rodents. They came by and looked at it and provided a solution right away. I think they are a very good company. Their pricing is fair. We are under contract with them for our regular maintenance.

Excellent service. The inspector came on-time and was very professional. He addressed all our concerns and was very thorough in explaining how squirrels try to get into our house. He was very trustworthy....and the follow up technicians that came to treat and put cages over the vents...were also courteous and very professional. The $795 was well worth the peace of mind that good work was completed on the house.

It went well other than that

It turned out good. They came out and they did what they had advertised. It was a competitive price. The technician was trained. They were polite and they were efficient. They don’t need us to be here to do their work and we don’t need to take off from work. It was a big deal purchase.

They are fine. They are affordable. The person that comes seems to be very competent.

He came to the house and said I should consider getting termite protection even though he couldn't find any termites as hard as he looked. I felt pressured also because he called me back and said there was a special sale going on but I didn't care for that. They have two names one is Superior Pest Control and PestNow. I called about the ants but he also was looking around in the backyard and suggested that I consider buying termite protection. Even though we didn't see termites because I had some rotted wood which he felt confident that I did have termites. I just felt he was introducing that possibility and I found it frightening to think that I may have termites. He was pleasant, professional and courteous. He was professional but he frightened me.

There price was better. They came out in a timely fashion and did the work.

Technician showed up on time and was very interested in diagnosing the problem I'm having with yellow jackets. He sprayed the exterior and interior of the house and was very conscientious about causing little disruption. I plan to use again.

I am correcting my previous review of PestNow LLC A couple of key updates: =================== 1. After my first feedback, I was personally assisted by the regional manager Rusty Markland who made it a point to reach out, listen to my issues and extend his services, support asking me to give PestNow LLC a second chance. 2. I accepted the request and gave Rusty and his team a second chance and here are my observations: --- A very committed team to improve customer experience. --- PestNow LLC is an organization working constantly to improve customer service / support and this this time around they have excelled in all possible areas. --- Very professional and honest in all the work that will be done and why. --- On time and schedule the day of treatment. --- Minimal invasion of customer privacy, but at the same time kept me posted on progress and ETA all through the course of the day when the work was being done. --- Very pleasant and courteous behavior from the tech who did the job and the inspector who came out a second time to provide an estimate. 3. Very high marks to Rusty for being engaged all the time with prompt responses to all my emails - I had a lot of questions that I was looking for input on and Rusty was spot on. 4. There are a lot of providers out there but very few ones who acknowledge failure and work with you to correct it. PestNow LLC is a very good example of how customer confidence can be re-instated by just re-engaging with the customer at a personal level. GIVEN MY EXPERIENCE WITH PestNow LLC - I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY LOOKING TO GET PEST CONTROL AND EXTERMINATION WORK DONE.

They are fine. They send out the same guy every time which I like because he knows the house now. They have auto billing which is useful. I have never had a problem with punctuality. Overall, I like them!

We discovered a mouse in the basement during Christmas. Before the situation could get out of control, we called PestNow as they had a big deal in Angie?s List. The first technician who came said they couldn?t find any obvious entry ways where the mice could enter the basement; however by put some bates in strategic location they could see where they may be entering the house. Then they could investigate further. He indicated we should call him back in a month and he would check the bate boxes and determine next course of action. Due to bad weather and heavy snow in the next couple of months, we couldn?t request the company to return. When we did call them, it took several attempts for someone to return my call and schedule the follow up appointment. This time another technician came and he indicated that there was nothing more they could do. All they do is put out bates and try to eliminated the current problem. The analysis of why this happened could not be addressed. This was not what the first technician said. Though I haven?t seen a mouse in the very few attempts I have made to go downstairs, I don?t believe the problem was resolved. I also do not believe we got what we were promised. We could have put bates out from home depot and it would not have cost us almost $200.

On time. Professional service. Quality service. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Great company.

Great. They showed up on time, asked questions about our family and pets before determining what kind of traps to place. They offered advice and best of all the mice are long gone and we haven't had any issues since.

We recently purchased our home and the previous owners had neglected a water problem in the chimney for many years; it was in very bad shape. An estimate was provided, and included services that would prevent the same water problem in the future. The two gentleman who performed the work arrived on time and kept the area clean. When the liner was replaced, he took pictures of the interior of the chimney to show me the progress. We will absolutely use them in the future for maintenance.

They came out quickly, were professional, and did a good job for a fair price.

I still had time left on contract with another provider but they were not responsive and had lots of communications issues, so decided to move on to these guys. I needed to schedule them in quickly to help get rid of rats that are living in crawl space under our row house, as I am planning to get insulation put in the crawls space. They came within a few days. Technician seemed knowledgeable. They replaced all existing bait containers with better ones, placed in crawl space with some rat poison and will be returning in 2 weeks to ensure rats are going away. They also sprayed for bugs. I always have a good feeling about a company when they use technology...the technician had a ipad which gave me the sense that they were on top of their schedules and customers.

First, I was impressed that Pest Now called within hours of my Big Deal purchase, and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day. The technician was great. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We bought our home in May, and discovered there had been squirrels in the attic. We hired another pest control company to remove the insulation, treat the wood, replace insulation and put up screens. The other company was very difficult to communicate with when we needed them to come back for follow up, and their work was just ok. Then, in August, we found 2 mice in traps in the attic, so we decided to try Pest Now (on our realtor's recommendation). What a difference! Communication with the company and scheduling were easy. When he arrived, the tech walked the inside and outside of our house with us, checked all bait stations and traps, and made some adjustments for reasons that made a lot of sense. Although he suggested some changes, he was quite professional in that he never criticized or bad-mouthed the other company (though it was clear that he was baffled by their approach). No mice have returned in the last few weeks, but he's coming back in a few days to monitor everything. I think the year-round package is well-worth the price, and we're very happy with the company.

I was quite pleased, except perhaps I was underwhelmed by the first technician that came out to deal with the wasps. He was clearly very anxious about dealing with them. He covered himself in full gear and ultimately did not spray things well enough. The technician who came to finish the job did it without gear and without fear. He got the work done. Ultimately did not extend the contract. Seems a lot of money to pay unless you have a real problem and I no longer don't. But would recommend them in general.

The provider sprayed our house to control any bugs/pests. We had a bee problem and the bees were coming into the house. They came approximately 3 times, but they finally died. We also contracted afterwards for termites as we had termites in a tree nearby. someone came out here and inspected to tell us the type of pest it was and confirmed it was termites. They have been very responsive and we were pleased.

We were contacted right away and the company came out the very next day for service. Within 1 hour the service was complete and we were told everything to look out for. It was a very fast and super easy company to work with.

Had to call for the inspection. They first arrived with the intent of merely spraying for insects. The inspector, after I reminded them of the contract through Angie's list, then came out the following week.
