Roberto and his crew did an excellent job. They respected the house and took extra care to make sure that everything was returned to its place at the end of each day. This was very important to us because we did not want to feel like we were living at a construction site especially with a toddler in the house. The project finished on time and we are very happy with the results. We will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to all my friends.

My wall repair and paint projects were very difficult, but Roberto and his employees made it all perfect! They did a beautiful job and made certain I was truly happy with the results. They were always on time. The man that did all the patching and repairing of the walls did the most incredible job,...it was so perfect that it barely needed to be sanded! I didn't think to ask, but they put new caulking around the kitchen counters which I really appreciated. I will be asking them back when I'm ready to do other areas. If you want painters that are honest, dependable, and skilled call Master Improvements!!!

I signed a contract with Roberto who came out, gave me an estimate, and due to the rain he had to keep putting off finishing my project. One day out of the blue a group of workmen came and replaced some split rails and steps on my deck. This was in March - it is now June. I have the signed estimate. They have NOT returned or even called to check on the project. There were contractor bags of split off pieces of wood left on my flower beds by the workmen, with nails sticking out, that I had to get help loading and carrying to curb for the trash service (which luckily picked it up). It is mid June - no word. I am speechless at this service and that Home Advisor would even allow them to be on here. Unbelievably bad at this point. I have unpainted wood beams that are splitting and cracking that are unsealed and untouched since early April on my deck. Just BAD.

Roberto & his team where competitively priced. We were unsure at first but we were able to go see his work at another place and he delivered above and beyond our expectations. His crew arrived on time and left things clean and ready for the next day. He did exactly what we asked and made sure we were completely satisfied before he finished. It was a great experience having Master Improvements work on our home. The team was very friendly and on time every day. Our trim and walls required a lot of patching, which they did beautifully. We used multiple colors throughout our project (which included vaulted ceilings, accent walls and trim), and they executed all of the asks seamlessly. We feel as though we received a great value for our investment. We love the results and are already discussing additional projects with this company.

Roberto and his team did a great job. They painted our Master Bedroom, Master bath and walk-in closet, and all ceilings. We have a cathedral ceiling in the bathroom, very high, and it was no problem. He did additional work that we requested. Changed out two vanities, replaced mirrors, moved outlets and fished new wire for wall sconces. They replaced all our fixtures - they can do anything. They went over and above what was expected and it turned beautiful. They were very professional. Roberto responded quickly, scheduled us right away and finished the job promptly. My wife and I were very pleased. We will use him again.
