+ -1 moreDescription of Work: I was medium pleased. I originally called them with a coupon and basically, they wouldn’t honor the coupon when they showed up. I sent them an email asking them to cancel the service. They kept sending me emails, but I ignored them since I'd already asked them to cancel. Next thing I know, I received an invoice from a collection agency. I wasn't happy with their business practices.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List deal for a one time Yard Mosquito Treatment. Century's customer service was proactive, good and helpful in scheduling. The technician was on time and was kind enough to hit a couple key areas I highlighted. The only reason for the B ratings is that their treatment was all that successful in reducing my mosquito population. I have had better luck with other treatments in the past, which admittedly could depend on a number of factors not considered here.

Description of Work: We have a quarterly service from this provider. They are great about coming out on time and they have always been responsive when we have needed them to come back out. We also have a termite warranty with them that we pay for annually. They have been good with contacting us to schedule the annual inspection.

Description of Work: I am on a semi-annual contract with Century Termite & Pest after engaging them the first time a year or so ago when I found ants in my pantry. Since they have been coming twice a year I have had limited pest problems. When I have found pests inside the house they have come and sprayed promptly and the issue has been addressed
