Description of Work: They did nothing and never returned my calls.

Description of Work: They sprayed for ants. They treated both the inside areas where I'd seen ants (in the kitchen and living room. They also sprayed the perimeter of my house. It's been 3 months and I've only seen 3 scout ants since they treated my home. That's a miracle. They recommended regular treatments to completely resolve the problem however, I chose the one time treatment to see how effective the treatment would be.

Description of Work: Would've given them an A, but neither the technician nor the scheduler seemed to know their own deal posted on Angie's List. In the end, they did a good job and agreed to meet the "deal" as posted.

Description of Work: Inspected interior and exterior perimeters for carpenter ants and other pests and sprayed both arears. The technician did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Basic inspection. I had a piece of trip removed from outside and saw ants. Needed an inspection, provider needed repeat description of issues & where to inspect. Seemed to push more costly inspection without reason or evidence of damage.

Description of Work: I had a contract with them to spray inside & out for bugs quarterly. Their service was reasonably priced and effective. At the end of the contract, another company offered similar service at a lower price. Regrettably, I switched, but will go back to Century at the next contract renewal.

He said he'd need to check with his supervisor and then set up a follow-up appointment, this time with his supervisor in tow. They then quoted a much higher amount than I was willing to pay for, but knocked off a couple hundred in light of their referral from Angie's List. As it turns out, the "Discount" was still a couple hundred more expensive than their actual listing on Angie's List, so I declined and called a different company, also from Angie's list, who actually charged me _less_ money for my pest issue than the listing quoted.

Description of Work: yearly termite mtce check. | |It went fine, they seem to know what they are doing. They come when they say they will, seem to check everything thoroughly and have given me a couple of tips on how to keep things termite free!

Description of Work: One-time mosquito treatment in yard. Noticed significant decrease, lasted for awhile. They eventually returned, but not as badly. Rep explained what he would be doing, and seemed very professional.

Description of Work: Century Termite and Pest technicians are knowledgeable about pest control. They are professional. The only drawback is that you rarely get the same technician twice and you need to explain to each technician what areas need to be focused on. I would prefer to have the same technician for continuity of service.

Description of Work: The Century rep arrived on time and explained what he would be doing and asked about pets that maybe outside which I thought was great! The treatment itself didn't take that long they used a fog type machine and covered backyard sides and front. Unfortunately the houses in my neighborhood are very close together and we have a storm run off behind our property line that the rep said was the source of the mosquitoes.Im sure it takes a few days to take effect but that night we were outside and we did get bit. Because of work and other obligations we haven't been on the deck since that night but they said the treatment last for 3 weeks. Im hosting a retirement party at my house this Sat so hopefully I won't be serving up my guests!

Description of Work: A great company to work with. They repaired 3 deck posts with rot and insect damage with sturdy cement footers. All was done within one week of my call! Great service.

Description of Work: purchased a year long pest control package. they come every quarter and spray for insects and do any pest control. They were great. THey remedied my problem. I have not seen any evidence of any creatures since they treated. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with.
