Description of Work: Excel team did a superb assessment & confirmation of garage door & opener replacement for our rental home. They were up-front about cost for work to be done, confirmed what services were required & followed through on-time for both the initial assessment and actual replacement. The cost was reasonable and the customer service was exceptional. Both the current residents & us as homeowners are pleased w/ the exceptional work. I would definitely use them again if services are required.

Description of Work: Outstanding service. Purchased service in the morning and they were out to the house and finished by noon. Adjusted the tension on the door opener and lubed the system. I accidentally purchased two services instead of one and their office talked me through requesting a refund for the duplicate purchase.
