Description of Work: Williamson Home Repair disassembled an old metal shed and disposed of it. They were punctual and cleaned up after they finished.

Description of Work: drywall repair. Good job. However for 2 hours work at $250 we thought it was high. It was a relatively a small job.|Because they where prompt and professional we had them do a wall cabinet|reattachment in our kitchen for $144.

Description of Work: A ceiling fan was installed in our kitchen. This required rewiring one recessed light to be in continuity with the other recessed lighting. A separate circuit was established for the fan. The installation team assembled and hung the fan to include installing the remote control for regulating the fan's speed. The only drywall cut required was for the fan's mounting and electrical box in the ceiling. The mounting boards were screwed to existing support beams without any further drywall incursions. The installation team thoroughly cleaned the work area. They were very pleasant and most professional in the conduct of the installation. It only took 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. I certainly will recommend Williamson Home Repair to all my neighbors in our 55+ community. John Williamson provided the estimate after a visit to observe what needed to be done and followed up on how the installation was conducted. This is the most professional home repair company I have done business with in last ten years.

Description of Work: The job was to replace two existing single car garage doors, with one large door. The change also required structural and electrical work. John and his team did a great job.

Description of Work: Fixed hold behind siding that was causing water to leak into the basement when it rained heavily. Also replaced some wood due to preexisting termite damage.

Description of Work: I purchased a home with a nonworking heat pump. As part of my contract with the sellers, the unit was to be repaired to normal working order. Mr. Williams was hired to enure my units were working properly. Mr. Williams did not have the unit working before I purchased the home, but did have his AC man come out to replace the coils not long after the closing. Once the new coils were installed, I tested the system. I informed the repair man the unit was not working properly, but he disagreed and left. The repair main also charged me $210.00 to add valves to keep the units from leaking. I then called and emailed Mr. Williams at least 10 times requesting that the unit be inspected to ensure it was working properly. He rarely responded to my contact attempts and when he did he told me to give it more time. In the mean time, I called and got a repair quote from Aegis Air (great company by the way). The quote was $2400 because there was a leak somewhere in the line and the fan did not work. After I threatened to sue Mr. Williams for violation of the contract, he sent his guy back out. The guy proceeded to tell me he would repair the unit for $700. I immediately told him I would not pay any additional money and the repair man left without performing any work. It has now been 4 months and I still do not have a properly working unit. I not heard back from Mr. Williams. Mr. Williams is responsible for the units because he was paid to service both of my units and to repair the malfunctioning unit. He has not and I would never recommend using his services.

Description of Work: Installed new bathroom vanity and sink, installed new lighting, removed wallpaper and painted bathroom, caulked 2 bathroom tubs, installed new towel racks.

Description of Work: Williamson repaired the gas lines in my two fireplaces.

Description of Work: They put in 20 windows, installed a front door and trim.
