Excellent. Very quick. Did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Answered all of my questions. Very professional.

We have had our 2007 Ford Fusion serviced here for many years, but no more. 5/5/17 we took car in because AC only worked intermittently and with low cooling. They found "small leaks" which they said were fixed ($260) THE NEXT DAY, AC did not work again. Because of travel schedules, we couldn't take car back until 6/16. This time they claimed compressor was not good and replaced it ($1,155 - which included charges for valves and dyes that we already paid for on 5/5 - repair was supposed to be under warranty) Within a day or two, AC did not work again. Third time in (early July) they said their computer could not read the diagnostic code. They could take it to another shop (to read code) but was probably a sensor which would be another $1,000 to repair! We declined to do further business with them. Also, had purchased tires from them and 3 of the 4 later required new wheel studs because they had over-tightened them (required a tow after flat). Also had an oil change issue.

Everything was fine, they didn't have any findings. Every time I have gone there for anything at all they do a super job at repairs. I've never had anything that I can remember where they repaired something and it didn't work or failed.

The first thing that comes to mind is honesty. I don't know about your personal experience but my personal experience is, I always worry about the honesty of car repairmen and dentists. I want to be able to trust them and over the years I've developed a strong level of trust with this group. You can trust these guys.

I've been using them for a number of years. I think it dates back to 2006. They were recommended to me by a friend who had been using them. They do great service.

They were friendly, easy to talk to and they explain what they're doing. They had their ATE type certification for being mechanic. If they're not available, you can go into it because the shop had employees that are certified mechanics. They very easy to get to and they're trustful.

It went well.

Corey and the rest of the team at Halls Corner are great. They are always responsive and good about managing expectations on how long a repair will take.



There customer service is spot on and on more than one occasion they have done a quick car repair for me and only charged me for the parts (no labor charge)

It was $40. We have been going there for 20 years. It is a little garage. The service technicians are honest. They will do the same work a dealership will do, but at a dramatically different cost. They have been a wonderful car service provider over the years.

Dropped the car off in the morning. Mid-morning they called with the recommendations of what needed to be done and discussed all of my maintenance concerns so that I could plan future maintenance. Only recommended the bare minimum of work, saying that all of my other areas I asked about did not need servicing at this time. Mid-afternoon they called me to let me know it was done. I picked it up early evening (the shop closes at 7pm).

I have used this mechanic exclusively for everything other that the occasional oil change for the last 5+ years. The only comment that could even be construed as negative is that (unless it is an emergency), plan on calling them a day or two in advance and leaving the car with them for the day. The counterpoint is that I have walked in a couple times with minor questions on my car and they have taken care of it immediately. I also am confident that if I did have an emergency, they would fit me right in.

Very well, I have no complaints.

They did the job right and the car was ready on time.
