no complaints with service, very professional

I have used Protech for several years now. Their communication (post cards, invoices, phone calls) are excellent and very timely. They always take care to make sure my gate is closed, which was not my experience with another provider. I will continue to work with them to protect my family from ticks.

They're great. They've been coming on time. So far, no ticks. So, good. I just paid the big deal price and then they do it five times. It ends up being $50 a time. The staff is fine. You can't tell that they were here.

We had been on vacation for 2 weeks and when we returned home we had a massive house fly infestation in the basement. We tried to deal with it ourselves for 2 days but quickly gave up. I called one company but they were not able to come out for a week! I checked Angies List and saw the good reviews for ProTech and gave them a call. James arrived at the house 2 hours after my panicked call. He searched outside to see if he could find the source of the flies. Unable to find a source, we went ahead and had him spray the infested areas. The flies immediately started dying. Hopefully, this will resolve our problem. James was very professional. We would not hesitate to use ProTech again.

I have them on a contract so they are here like once a month. There's this guy. I think his name is George, my exterminator, he's just the nicest and most professional and just very pleasant and knowledgeable. I've been happy with their service. I've probably been using them for about 18 months. They call before they come and they've got little traps laid out all around my property. They have some kind of bait buried in the ground for the bugs.

I think it went fine. They came out pretty quick. The guy that came out was really pleasant. I would recommend them to a neighbor a family member.

It all worked all very well. They did a very good service. I am selling the house so I have canceled the contract with them. I was really happy with his service. They are very cooperative. He always showed on the time he said.

I made a deal with the company to come out once a month for the first 3 months ($35/month), then once every other month thereafter. It's still winter so I can't tell if bugs are a problem yet...but there is no way this guy does a complete job on the inside of the house. He is super friendly and responsive, but I have security that lets me know when someone enters and leaves a room...the guy goes in my 4000 sq ft. home for 3-4 minutes and leaves (this has happened 3 times now). I can't even sprint in and out of every room in that time let alone carefully apply insecticide to the appropriate places. For the price, I'm not sure what I expect. I'll continue to use them until summer...if I start seeing bugs in my home I'll just start doing it myself. Otherwise, I'll update this review with a more positive attitude. Again, the guy who does my house is very nice and is probably just under an extreme time crunch to get to all of the other houses...I just want my house to be done completely before he leaves, or at least tell me the areas he missed.

Services have been great so far -- tech comes when scheduled, performs services, has been responsive to questions and concerns, particularly around ants in both front and backyards. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and/or neighbors.

I was very happy with the results. They came when they said they would and sprayed our yard. It was effective. They called ahead of time when they had to cancel one time because of rain. I recommend them.

ProTec service technician showed up exactly as coordinated, along with a cute little dog (Maggie) that is used for sniffing out hidden pests. The technician was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a complete visual inspection of the areas of possible infestation, and then let his amazingly well trained dog do an additional check for any hidden bug presence. Even though no service treatments were needed, he took the time to described their company's polices and treatment options, never being pushy about any of their services. ProTec made me a believer in quality customer service. With Angie's List, I can worry far less about the people and the type of service being provided when we need to have something done. Thank you ProTec, and thank you Angie's List. I will use you both again in the future and tell everyone about this wonderful experience.

A resident in another building in my condo had a problem with mice getting into his unit. I did not want to have that problem so I called Pro Tech as a precautionary measure. Charlie arrived on time and was very nice and professional. He closed up some holes under my sinks where mice might have access to get into my unit. He also placed a couple of traps. He answered my questions. He had many years of experience. I was pleased with the service.

The gentleman arrived on time and inspected my house. Recommended some tips and installed some traps. I followed up with Orkin and they came and hit my other places Pro Tech missed. Orkin was more knowledgeable and surprisingly affordable. Pro Tech was ok but I've had better service.

Everything worked out like the guy said. Fleas are gone. Everybody's happy.

I have been using Protech for over three years and they have been first rate. Their prices are more reasonable than other companies. They are also punctual and send you a post card and call you the day before to remind of the service call. Mr. James Grigbsy has been our service technician since the start and he is also very polite and professional and is always willing to answer any questions I have. Since using their services, we have not had any ants inside our house nor visible near the foundation and flower beds. Also, the mouse traps and glue boards around our house have been very effective. Because of their top notch service I have recommended them to my daughter and son in law. They received their first service call this week, and their technician was also very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. if you are looking for a pest control company, I highly recommend you give Protech a call!

I am going to reevaluate in the spring. Their estimate was timely and reasonable. Their communication was excellent.

They installed the termite control 6 months ago and just came out to do a monitoring on it. Very happy with their service.
