very efficient and fast. they came on time and on the date promised. they cleaned up everything afterwards. No mis-measurements and no problems. They installed 22 windows and two doors within 3 hours!

Crew was on time and did a good job with the complete install. Carried away all the old window stuff.

Installers did great! Owner was always away and never called back. Had estimate on March 31, 2015. No contact from them. I called on 4-20. Owner out of town. Called again end of May, said they'd come next week. I was just left hanging & waiting and no communication from them.

It was fantastic from the very beginning through the end. They communicated well, cleaned up well, and were very great to work with!

The installation went well. The installers obviously knew what they were doing even though one of them said he had not seen a window quite like ours before (our house was built in the 50s and these were the original windows).

We had two old, drafty, broken, housing-code-breaking windows replaced. Skyline Windows installed the windows yesterday and they are beautiful! We really liked the two representatives that came out to measure and give a quote - very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this company!

We had three in-home presentations from window companies and Skyline was our favorite. Ultimately we decided to wait on the windows since it was a little more expensive than we were planning on. We were comfortable with this company though and will definitely call them again when the time is right.

All workers arrived on time. Very professional and polite. Worked quickly on first day until rain hindered outdoor work. Next day, finished and showed us how to use windows. They did a wonderful clean up. Definitely would recommend!

The owner came to do the job because one of his men called in sick. He did a wonderful job replacing 8 windows. He was courteous and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend this company. I believe the price was fair and the work was excellent. He came when he said he would come and he finished without any problems.

The entire experience went extraordinarily well. We went to the home show at Doswell in February 2015, hoping that they would be there, as we had used them to replace the back door to our deck in April 2013, and continue to be pleased with that product (and the original installation). They were there, and we were able to get a lengthy discussion and demonstration of their products in a relaxed environment. We made an appointment for an in-home estimate. (Had Skyline not been at the Doswell show, we would have gone to their offices for the same information, but we were going to the show for a number of reasons, and their presence saved us a separate trip). They were on-time for the appointment for the in-home appointment, where they brought several sample windows, gave us further details on each window, discussed the color options, the glass options, the grid options, the screen options, took measurements for the windows, told us what the lead-time would be between order date and installation, told us that the installation would take 2 days and gave us a firm quotation for both the 800 and 500 series by OKNA. We chose the 800 series -- they came by with a contract for the order, and collected the required FIVE DOLLAR DOWNPAYMENT. They called to set a date for installation, which was within the lead-time they had stated. On the agreed installation date, a crew of six showed up around 9:00 am to begin work. When they came to the door, they had drop cloths with them to place below each window, AND they removed their shoes when they came inside the house, a process they repeated each time they came inside. They advised which windows needed to have the curtains removed -- fortunately it was only 6. When necessary, they removed the venetian blinds, re-installing them when complete. At the end of the first day, all 37 windows had been replaced, with only about half of the outside trim work remaining for day 2. They carted away all the old windows and screens, and left the inside and outside of the house and yard looking clean and neat. If you hadn't seen them there during the day, you would never have known that the renovation had taken place. Day 2 work was completed timely and professionally. They completed a walk-through inspection, noting a damaged screen and top sash, which they called to our attention. I am not sure I would have noticed the issues on my own. While it has only been a week since installation, we are happy with the windows in their appearance and efficiency performance. The window areas are less drafty than they were, which I am sure will be reflected in our future energy bills, especially with the product's ratings for U-Factor, Solar Heat Gin, Air Leakage, Visible Transmittance, and Condensation Resistance. I am also pleased with the Lifetime Limited Warranty from OKNA. VERY SATISFIED. I would not hesitate to use Skyline Windows again, and recommend them unconditionally.

I've got several quotes and Skyline beat them all, plus delivered a product that was superior. Excellent, professional service. There was a glitch in ordering but the company rushed the needed windows and they were installed promptly. I didn't need to pay until the job was complete. I'm very satisfied!

Having all the windows replaced was my husband's idea. I fought against the idea, knowing I would not like the new windows as well as the original wooden ones. So, I went into this whole process with a negative attitude. What a surprise! I absolutely love them! I was extremely worried about the outside. I wanted to keep the wooden trim surrounding the windows and not have them covered with aluminum trim. I was told they would be able to install the windows and using pvc strips make them blend right in to the wood trim and look as good as my original windows. I was skeptical to say the least. Again, I was wrong. They now look better than my original windows. Roger and his crew arrived yesterday morning, and were finished by late afternoon. The crew was hard working, courteous, and seemed to really know their job. When finished, they cleaned up so well, my house was cleaner than when they arrived! Their professional behavior was outstanding. We only give gratuity if we feel like someone has gone beyond what is expected; and we were delighted that we felt all the workers deserved a tip. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace their windows. They cannot go wrong with Skyline!!

The crew arrived promptly on time at 9:00 a.m. Had the old windows out and new windows in place within 25 minutes. Completely done by noon with install, cleaning, sealing, caulking. Completely cleaned up and hauled away old windows. Very impressive and professional.

Save time and call these folks today. I did a lot of research, and honest, these folks are the best. I've had my windows for one year now, and am absolutely thrilled with them. When we started looking for new windows, we researched practically every window and window company available. Skyline, with the Okna windows came out above everyone. No pressure; no "deals of the day" nonsense. The windows are solid and custom fit for every space. Energy wise, they have no drafts, and keep the cold and heat out, which is amazing compared to what we had before. Randy is wonderful to work with. He came out one evening, sat with us, went over their product, and never ever did any sales pressure. Their pricing is right in line with other quality companies, and well worth the money. When they came out to install, they did the whole house in one day, and there were no issues with fit, installation, nor with clean up. It was like they had never been here, yet we had all new windows. We had one issue with a handle, and they came back and took care of it with no hassle. We need new storm doors and entry doors. When we replace them, we'll call Randy at Skyline. So honestly - you will love these folks and their windows; most of all, you will love the way they treat you, your family, and your home.

Before signing a contract with Skyline, I had done a fair amount of research on windows and pretty much knew that I wanted Okna windows. The northern Virginia company that I thought I would be buying from was very expensive, so I contacted Okna online to find out if there was another dealer in my area. In less than half an hour, Jared from Skyline called me, gave me an estimate, and set up an appointment for that week. Initially, I thought I wanted casement windows to replace my sliders; but when Jared explained that the double casements would significantly reduce the size of the glass area, I decided to stick with the sliders. Nobody else had even thought of mentioning that, and I was grateful since I like lots of light in my house. I was told that the windows would be ready in approximately 6 - 7 weeks, and they were ready in five. The crew arrived on time (actually about 20 minutes early), laid down drop cloths to protect the work area, and worked nonstop until the job was done. Except for the sound of the tools, I would not have known they were there they were so quiet and unobtrusive. After installing the windows, they cleaned not only the work areas but the windows as well. The entire job took about 8 hours, which was the estimate that Jared had given me. My experience with Skyline Windows was a great one, and I highly recommend this company. These guys are hard working professionals who know what they're doing, and their prices are highly competitive. They also sell several brands, which I like, because they aren't pushing any one brand and will give you an honest appraisal of the pros and cons of the various brands. This is my "go to" company for windows!

Jared was the salesman and Billy was the installation foreman. The installation crew was not a sub contractor-but a company crew and that showed in their work! They did not hurry or cut any corners-they made it right in every respect. Where they uncovered any possible trouble-they fixed the problem as part of overall installation.

On time, on budget, on the money installation quality, thorough-they all worked efficiently and clearly. They also introduced the team, called when traffic delayed their arrival by less than 30 minutes.

We used same company for skylights about 8-10 years ago. Estimate meeting was very thorough. Explained everything. Even had information about other windows and websites we could go to compare information. No pressure. Meeting to set up contract also thorough and worked around our schedule to come in the evening. Arrived the day on installation on time. It was 35 degrees and intermittent rain. Worked entire day. Cleaned up before leaving. Checked in with me throughout the day to show and explain progress and how to work windows. Allowed our lab to be outside with them (very well behaved). Polite and respectful group of me. Arrived the next day on time and got the same service even with different members of the team working. Owner on premises working all first day and most of second day. The windows are great and we already notice a difference in temperature, lack of draft and lack of outside noise. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was looking for the cheapest windows I could possibly get (looking to sell in the near future), and quite frankly - I didn't think this company was going to be "cheap" simply based on their website etc. and these guys were my first quote. Jared (I think he is the owners son) came by my house to do a walk around, and provide me an estimate. He came with samples of all of the windows, and I was very impressed with their "budget" window. I was absolutely floored when my estimate came out to be $3,900 for installation and wrapping of 14 windows - I immediately signed a contract. They called me as soon as the windows had come in to schedule installation, and performed all the work as they said (on time mind you). They laid drop clothes everywhere in the house to ensure nothing got too dirty. I've already referred them to my parents (they will send you a nice restaurant gift card if you refer!), and they couldn't be happier. The windows make me a little sad to sell my house now since I wasn't expecting them to be nearly as nice as they are for the price!

Very courteous, nice and clean with the entire installation process. They were very helpful and customer service oriented.

We solicited an estimate from Skyline based on their excellent reviews on Angie's List. Jared Ray met with us and was very helpful in explaining their products and services. He answered our questions straightforwardly and was very forthcoming in what his company does and how they do it. He gave us a preliminary estimate, and followed up with a quote via e-mail. We met again and awarded the business to Skyline. During that meeting as we finalized the transaction (and Jared measured everything for the third time), he also made a couple of suggestions that we had never thought of, but really added value to our windows. The windows came in about seven weeks later, and the Skyline crew installed them in one afternoon and the following morning. Everything was left perfectly clean inside, and they took some old screens from the old windows that we had in our garage. (They even swept the leaves out of our garage that had blown in as they were putting the windows in the garage!) We were pleased with everything about our dealings with Skyline. In fact, we have definite plans to have more windows replaced by them in the spring.

I contacted Skyline Windows for an estimate on replacing some windows in the house that were filmy or not working (wouldn't open.) The estimator told me I could save money on several of them by just replacing the glass and not the window. This is a service Skyline Windows does not do so I appreciated his honesty and help. He gave me a quote for the windows that did need to be replaced, which was much lower than the other two estimates I got for those particular windows. They required $5 down when I decided to do business with them. They came and installed them today and were totally professional. They went out of their way to make sure that the new windows look as much as possible from the outside like the other windows we have. The windows look great and they cleaned up well after themselves and returned all window dressings to their original state. I am very satisfied.
