On June 11, 2014 Randy Ray came to my home to get a general idea of what was needed. His pitch was very low key, friendly and informative. The company brochure was detail-oriented and looked very professional. After reviewing the estimates we received from four companies we decided to visit Skyline's showroom. After seeing the high quality of their products at a reasonable price, this sealed the deal for us. The quoted price was neither on the low or high end, but in the middle of the four estimates we received. On July 10th, Randy's son, Jared came out to get the specific measurements. He was very professional and friendly. At that time I signed the contract which requires only a $5.00 deposit. I was told that they were about 6 to 7 weeks out so not to expect installation soon. On the morning of September 2nd I received a call stating that they had a cancellation for that afternoon and would it be convenient for the installation of my patio door at 1:00. I replied yes and when they were going to be about 15 minutes late I received a call alerting me. Roger and Peter were wonderful with great personalities, treating carefully the inside and outside of our home. The windows were installed on September 5th. All workers arrived on time, were professional and friendly. Their workmanship was exquisite. Skyline's guarantee transfers to new owners when the property is sold. This is a top notch company that treats its customers with a high degree of respect and professionalism. we are extremely pleased with our purchase and recommend, without reservation, Skyline.

They came to the house and did a free estimate. They brought an amazing long reference list of satisfied customers that they shared with me (I have now agreed to be added to it). Their office staff was great and worked with me to find a good installation date. On that day a crew showed up and worked quickly to get the job done. They were professional and pleasant and left no mess at all. The windows look and work great. I will definitely contact them again for future window projects.

From the time of the quote Skyline was exceptionally professional and caring. I was impressed with their attention to detail. From removing my old windows, ensuring a proper fit, or cleaning at the end they were always pleasant and polite. They were open to questions and happy to follow through with every detail requested. We are prior customers from porch slider enclosure. Randy, pres. of Skyline, provided inspection & quote, we comparison shopped two other companies. No one could match the price and once again the exceptional installation experience, entire crew were exceptional! Really happy.

As a contractor myself, I knew that doing my homework to find the right replacement window company was critical. I arranged for estimates by 3 replacement window companies (selected from reviews on Angie's List), and Randy Ray, owner of Skyline was hands-down the most professional, most knowledgeable - and most likable of the three. I liked the fact that he wasn't selling a proprietary product - but offered a couple of brands that he has selected to represent based on their quality and value. Once Randy left our initial meeting, I was able to do some online research on Okna windows, and was impressed by what I read. When his pricing came in the following day, he was comparable in price to one of the "national" window replacement companies who sell only their own product. That made it a no-brainer for me. The windows actually arrived about 10 days before they were expected, and they had me scheduled very quickly. They sent a team of about 6 folks out for the installation and had completed the entire house by 4pm. Washed the windows inside and out, vacuumed every area they worked in (even though they put drop cloths down as well), and when they left - except for the beautiful new, clean windows - you would never know they had been here. The professionalism of Randy and his team can't be beat. My new windows - which have been in about 6 weeks now - have my house feeling air-tight and efficient - and they look beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend Randy and his team from Skyline Windows!

We spent over a year looking for good quality, well made replacement windows at a fair price. We probably looked at 7 or 8 different window makers and kept coming back to Skylines OKNA Windows 800 series for the look, quality, features and price offered. Any dealer of a comparable quality window always proposed a price that was several thousand dollars above what Skyline proposed. Our installation went as planned. The installers arrived on time and did their work cleanly and efficiently with a minimum amount of mess. In the end, Skyline Windows offered the best windows at the best price.

They showed up on time and started laying down tarps and going to work right away. They even managed to work around the multiple cats we have in the house.

Love the energy savings. We have only praise for Randy and his employees. We invited Randy back to give us an estimate on vinyl siding we plan on replacing this year.

I was very pleased with my experience with Skyline windows which includes the installation, performance and appearance of the windows. The installers were very professional, courteous and considerate. They removed their shoes when they entered the house and placed a drop cloth on the floor under each window before they started to replace the windows. They were very professional when installing the windows and skillful when wrapping the exterior with vinyl clad aluminum. I had 13 bull nosed sills and a bay window to wrap that required some effort which they did very well. Whenever I asked them about the installation or made a request for additional work, they were very responsive and informative. In addition to the outside work, each window was caulked on the inside and cleaned. When they finished the job, the entire property around the house showed no sign of the installation. It was completely clean.

I found Skyline Windows on Angie's List and glad I did. While I looked at several manufacturers/installers, I was impressed with the folks at Skyline and the products they offered. I went to their showroom without an appointment which at other places seemed to frown upon. I got an idea of what I needed and scheduled a time to meet one of the owners of the company at my property a few days later. No high pressure selling which I appreciated - just a presentation of their products in a way I could easily understand. I was given a quote which I thought reasonable and I decided to go with them. I think it important to note that this company does not farm out the installation to third party contractors. The windows were ordered and arrived a bit earlier than expected. The installation was done very quickly with no mess or fuss! I think my new windows look great and I'm happy I have Skyline Windows to stand behind them. It was really a very nice experience dealing with them; I recommend them without hesitation.

From the sales call, to the showroom, to the follow up sales call, to the installation, service and product was excellent

The entire process from sales to installation was top notch. Low pressure sales, expert window installation, even the clean up went well. One of, if not the best contractor of any type I have used. Look no further if you need windows, they can do it at a great price!

The crew were on time. Everything was done including washing all the new windows and cleaning up. Never knew I had them in the house. When the owner came to the house for the consultation, he picked out the same window product that I picked out. I did my research. Okna windows, with top line performance, and medium priced. We had 18 windows installed. They were short 1 window and within 2 weeks it was installed. I never had to call and hound them. The company does not use subcontractors so the installers were excellent. I would definitely use them again.

I should have written this review a long time ago! This company deserves it. OVER A DECADE after Skyline Windows (under the original owner) installed my garden window, the top-most pane fogged over. Skyline ordered a new pane, came over and cheerfully installed it, charging me nothing! (They could have charged me for the installation, though the pane was covered by the guarantee.) In this day and age, I have to say that I was flabbergasted! I could not have had a more positive experience!

Roger and his team arrived on time. Completed the install of windows Monday. Installed and finished 2 sliding glass doors on Tuesday. Wrapped all but 3 pieces by the end of Tuesday. Came back Wednesday to finish the job. Very respectful, cleaned up everything inside and out. Helped move some deck furniture off and on the deck. Fit & finish is awesome. Not the lowest price, but the best value.

Arrived promptly with two crew members and within one hour we had six people on the job. Worked quickly to avoid the rain, responded promptly to concerns and solved issues. Once again, they explained how to work windows, cleaned the windows and yard before leaving.

First, I have to say that the customer service was A+ from the get-go. When you first talk with Rand at Skyline, you know you are dealing with a guy you can trust to do the best job possible. Our old windows were ThermalGard windows, installed in the 1980's by a company in Richmond that no longer exists. Randy did his best to find us replacement ThermalGards, but apparently they don't really build them anymore. So, Randy came out and measured for some other, similarly constructed windows. He told me, then, what our approximate timetable would be for delivery and installation. In about three weeks, the two installers came out and put in our new, wonderful windows. They were very polite and capable. The installation went without a hitch. We LOVE our new windows, and wish, in retrospect, that we had been able to replace more of our windows with Skyline. Since we were trying to replace only the "worst" windows, for putting our house on the market, we chose to replace only three. I have already recommended Skyline to our real estate agent and will leave their card with the new owners of our home, so that they can replace more windows as desired. By the way, Skyline also has a very generous referral program.

The wife and I were very satisfied with our experience! The owner did a very thorough assessment of our windows on the first estimate visit pointing out additional repairs required for a truly professional job that other companies did not. The workmen were very professional and approachable throughout the entire process. The only negative comment would be the failure of the owner to attentively follow up with us as our process of ordering and setting up a date for the actual work unfolded. But, I made the extra effort to keep in contact and was very pleased with Skyline's continued effort to treat me as a valuable customer. I also had a problem one week later with some seals cracking and one of the owners came out personally and redid the seams. I would recommend Skyline over all other window replacement firms.

Skyline Windows does an excellent job at education their customer on their products. They have excellent work. Crew who do the work efficiently and clean up really well.

The crew that replaced the windows was wonderful and very professional. It took two days to remove and replace all of my windows. They were running late one morning, but called to let me know and apologized when they arrived. The crew was extremely accommodating and started in my son's room so that it would be ready in time for his nap. While he was napping, on both days, the crew took their lunch breaks and did work on the other side of the house. They had to fight with a few of the windows that were painted in or came apart. They dealt with all of the issues with humor. While they worked inside, they took off their shoes and each room was cleaned up before they went to the next. Even though Skyline cost a little more to use, it was worth every penny. I never once worried about having the guys in my home. They were nice and courteous. I've heard horror stories from friends who have used other companies about windows that were not installed correctly or felt they had to watch the crew at every turn. I was comfortable with these guys and my windows are a 100% improvement on what was there before.

I have great respect for a company that helps even if it doesn't help them. That is what happened. I thought I needed a replacement window but when I described my problem to a Skyline rep over the phone he told me that I most likely just needed the glass replaced and it would be cheaper for me to call a glass company. He gave me a referral name-even spent some time finding the phone number of a company near where I live. That kind of customer service inspires confidence and is greatly appreciated.
