It took about 7 months and several calls to finally get River City Sealcoating to come and seal my driveway. I waited that long because my father-in-law recommended them for doing a good job on his driveway two years ago and that they use a proprietary technology that gives good coverage of large cracks. After they finished the job they said to not walk nor drive any vehicles on the driveway for 2 days, which I followed to the letter. It turned out that after the 48 hours I placed my vehicles on the driveway and now have tire marks all over my driveway. The coating technology they use, which is softer than other sealers, seems to really take longer to cure than RCS claims. Nonetheless, my driveway continued to be damaged by tire marks for the next several days. When Sean, the owner, showed up to see what had happened he was incredulous and claimed this has never happened before and then started to blame the chemicals coming from my roof through the drainpipes spilling unto my driveway and the Amourall from my vehicles tires. Obviously, even if that were true then this seal coat is completely useless. He then promised to come back to redo the seal coat 30 days afterwards *to give time for the current coat to settle in*. Well, I called him well past the 30 days on Jul 10th because, of course, he was not going to call me. He then said he would call me the week of July 24th to come and schedule me in for the next week (week of Aug 3rd). Well, as you can probably safely assume, he never called, he will never call, and at this point, I give up. It was only a $240 job and it is not worth pursuing any longer. I will wait another year and seal the driveway myself. Also, one last thing, my father-in-laws seal coat is starting to decay. From what I understand most seals only last about 2 to 3 years, but Sean tried to sell us both on his proprietary technology that is supposed to last longer than his competition. Well, it does not last and my father-in-law will also not ever use RCS again.

They responded very quickly to my request for a driveway coating quote. Once accepted they jumped right on it. After the job dried, I felt the coating was too thin. Ron came back the next day and redid the job. First rate response. He made sure I was pleased with the final product.
