Description of Work: Installed, sealed and clad approx.30 Impervia dual pane double-hung windows with 1/2 screens. Also installed double side-pane front door system. I chose to have the work done in two phases about 4 months apart. Schedule and installation went very well!

Description of Work: They replaced two windows (Feb 2010) including a large (9 ft) picture window that I'm very happy with. However, it took the sales person three tries to get the proposal correct, and the final paint job was sub-standard. It was also difficult to get service when I needed to replace a screen.

Description of Work: Pella did replace a sliding glass door on our rear porch, but it was several years ago. We were satisfied with the work and it was completed as agreed. No problems with the door since that time.

Description of Work: We had all Pella replacement windows put in last year or maybe the week before... The windows are great and the workers were terrific. We are happy with the results. We also have a Pella front storm door we like. and Pella made a custom window for an odd shape where er needed a replacement window.
