Knightrider Electric

Sometimes when I read reviews I can just tell that those people are elitists who order next day Amazon and complain when it arrives two minutes late. I have never been as happy with a contractor as I was with Knightrider, and I pretty much redid the entire house. I can only think that those other people must have been pompous aholes with reeeeeeaalllly high expectations, ridiculous. Kevin was so nice and professional that I want to cry and it hurts my sensibilities that I almost listened to those reviews. So here is mine...the reviews are garbage.

Kevin from Knightrider Electric appears to be an excellent electrician at a reasonable price.  His electrical work is sufficient and appropriate.  He was charging me $35 an hour.  He was not licensed to replace the baseboards and he did it for me.  Kevin got in somebody else, to do a backsplash in my kitchen who destroyed it and did the most awful job ever.  I have the photos too.  Kevin was not only responsible for the work; he was also overseeing the work as he put it in his words “acting general contractor”.  Kevin did many hours of work for me over the course of couple of months and then he started sending me couple of text messages that were lurid, inappropriate, and X-rated.  It was before all the work was finished.  I did not feel appropriate even being in the same room with him.  He suggested that I be naked and so on, in his comments.  I have those text messages saved and I have been contemplating to go to the board of contractors because they would take it very seriously.  This was all before the job had been finished, if it was after the job was done, then I would have probably just thought of using a different electrician next time, however, that wasn’t the case.  The situation was such that I have a kitchen backsplash that is missing because his friend, under his supervision did a horrible job, he removed it, and I have photos of Kevin with tools, in process of removing the backsplash.  It was after that, that he sent me these inappropriate messages.  I can only presume that Kevin didn’t feel like helping me resolve the rest of the issue.  Obviously, I stayed away from him and he stayed away from me.  Kevin had promised to get the money back from this tile guy and fix everything up himself.  At this point I have no tile backsplash at all and I am out the money that I paid his friend.  Some of his Kevin’s work had to be redone by another electrical firm that I hired after him and I have records of that as well.
