Zero Punch-List LLC

This company responded with a on site quote quickly. I signed up but over all they took longer to arrive and do the work than I planned. I understand a reason for this is what I needed was a lower cost job needing 2-3 trips to complete (sanding, mudding, drying times, primer). The work looks good, cleanup was good, and I got some advice on a number of other areas that will help me. I will have them return as I need more work on the walls and other areas.

Contacted ZPL to install a glass tile backsplash in our kitchen. The installer arrived a little late but explained over the phone he would be late due to earlier job taking longer than he thought. Once he arrived he took the time to explain the job and go over with us what we were expecting and wanted in great detail. He then went about the work, and does he work. I cannot express how much this guy works. I don't think he even stopped to take a break. AFter the job was complete he did not even harrass us for payment he said an invoice would be coming to us soon. I highly recommend these folks.

The owner came and they did a fine job. The owner did seem disappointed that I did not do any extra work. The work that they did was fine. I just did not have the money to spend at that time and I felt bad I could no do more.

The team was very professional. They were punctual, and they cleaned up well afterward. I recently had another bathroom mirror replaced by some other handyman service, and it was then that I truly appreciated Zero Punchlist's attention to detail, because these other guys' work was nowhere near as well-done as Wes' work was.

During the estimate process Weston went over how to view tile in detail to make the patterns work with the room. He spend a good amount of time discussing the work to be done. I had a previous estimate to do the job cheaper but I felt much more secure about the outcome after talking with Wes. Day 1 Weston came with 2 workers, both very personable people and good workers. They wasted no time and got right to it... once the floors were out, Weston again laid out the tile and we reviewed placement and patterns. Weston did all the critical work himself, he is a very skilled craftsman. Day 2, they cut and laid the tile and started on the kitchen ceiling. and Day 3 was grouting and finishing the ceiling. 2 days later he came back for an hour or 2 to seal the grout and fix the outside door. All work done on time, as scheduled, as stated in the estimate, no cost overruns and very high quality! Id hire them for any and all my future work.

This was my third request for small-job handyman services from Zeropunchlist but only today am I finally getting to the review (sorry!). Each time I was happy with the service. These were all small jobs and I was charged very little, essentially their minimum I think to come out to the house and in one case, not even that much was charged, much to my astonishment. To schedule the work, we exchanged emails. One of my services, I was in a hurry and had a deadline and requested the work be scheduled to complete by a certain date. The guys completed it as requested. My other services had no specific dates needed, other than soon enough for me. Zeropunchlist would send me a list of possible schedule choices and I chose what worked for me, and the guys showed up right on time, completed the work in the time period they expected, cleaned up any mess associated, were polite and professional guests in and around my home, and I was quite happy with the work on completion. I have no complaints and will use them again.

They were pretty busy, it took awhile to get a quote.

The work was fantastic. It took a little while for them to get around to it because I think they were pretty busy. But they were pretty upfront with that. They did an excellent job. I would let others know when recommending them that their turnaround time is not really fast. I think they have quite a number of customer

They did some painting and they fixed a piece of my fencing. They were excellent.

Excellent is the only way to describe my experience. From the start when they came to give me an estimate until the time they finish nothing could have gone better. They did exactly what they said and more. They remodeled my master bath, enlarged my deck, removed siding/window from an interior wall and replaced it with sheetrock, installed a new dishwasher/stove in my kitchen, placed insulating material under my florida room to help keep the floors warmer in the winter, plus other smaller odd jobs that I asked them to do while they werre there. I provided some of the materials used on the job plus did some of the painting and they worked with me to be sure all went smoothly. Each day they were careful not to get the inside of the house dirty (they laid down drop cloths where they walked and worked) then cleaned up before leaving so you would never know they had been there. I have owned several houses and had other companies/individuals perform jobs for me but this was my best experience by far. Everyone who came into my house to work was professional, good at what they did and friendly. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future jobs.

Showeed up on time and went right to work and idn't waste any time. Also maximized use of material without any waste at all. From start to finish the job took 2 hours total.Outstanding job.

They did a good job. They sent out two workers. One would work and the other would fetch any items that was needed. I would use them as needed.

I have several odd jobs that needed to be done after purchasing a house that had been empty for quite a while. Most of the jobs fell into an "odd job" category with a couple being electrical and so forth. I received several estimates and chose zero punch list. They came out did an excellent job and were very professional. The work was performed by the owner of the business and he also spent some time answering questions and giving advice on some jobs I plan to do myself.

The job was done within the time frame quoted and we could not be happier. An extremely pleasant and professional company to deal with overall. We especially appreciate being contacted right away...that says a lot for a company in our book!

The gentlemen were professional from start to finish. They were running a bit late initially, but they placed an early warning call to manage my expectations appropriately. Although the job had the potential to make quite a mess, they used plastic sheeting to contain the drywall dust/droppings and periodically cleaned up as they worked. The repair looked fantastic; I couldn't have been more pleased. I will definately use this contractor again in the next 6 months.

The company was prompt, finished the work in a timely fashion, and did an excellent job.

I had purchased Angie's BigDeal of $125/2 men/2.5 hrs, and I have used Wes' services before. He is extremely professional and helpful, and obviously saved me a dire headache in the future by pointing out the septic problem. Turns out when the wiring went bad, the pump failed and I had it later replaced, through my home warranty. He has been the best and most trusted contractor I've used.

Great experience! Weston was prompt in getting me the quote, showed up within the same week he told me the work would be completed and did a great job doing the actual work. He kept me informed step-by-step during the process of the work and presented me with several options to fix my problem.

They were good so I would absolutely use Zero "Punch-List" in the future.

It was very hard to schedule the appointment because the company who I originally purchased the deal with was unable to fulfill their commitment. However, they had Zero Punch List do the work which made it difficult to schedule. It became hard for them to commit to a window of time for when they could complete the work. Once they arrived, they did good work.

For years I have been looking for a great handyman company to do all those little things I cannot do myself. And for years, I have been unsuccessful. That is, until now. I had ordered shutters online and needed them installed. So I went to Angie's List, which has become my "go to" resource guide. Among those listed, I found ZeroPunch List, which had received generally great reviews. So, I decide to give them a try. They gave me an estimate which was in line with estimates from two other companies, so I judged their cost to be very fair. But I selected them because the owner's assessment of the job was dead on. He informed me that the shutters that had been hung originally were hung incorrectly and advised me to allow him to hang them properly. Neither of the other two companies even mentioned this issue. So, point one for ZeroPunch! We set up an install date and he showed up on time ready to work. Point Two! When he unpacked and looked at the shutters that I had ordered, he let me know they were a bit short. (I want to be clear here, I ordered the shutters, so it was me who mis-measured). The shutters were expensive, so re-ordering was not an option. He then gave me two options as to how to "hide" this error. In hindsight, I wish I had contacted ZeroPunch first. He then showed me how the hinges should be installed and told me how he would repair the previous holes in the brick. He installed the shutters while I was at work. He also did a fabulous job of cleaning up and making the house look neat. I was also quite impressed at his solution to my "too short shutter" problem. So far, my neighbors have complemented me and no one has noticed that the shutters are about two bricks too short! Anyway, they hung the shutters properly and man, do they look fantastic! I will keep this company on speed dial. They are awesome!

It went well. Our home is older so we had to troubleshoot to determine why a certain switch wasn'tt working properly after installation. Zero Punch List did the research and resolved the issue immediately.
