Description of Work: Nolan Brooks has worked at my home and several real estate clients of mine. Always prompt, very specific as to work to be done, reasonable prices and if he cannot do something he tells you upfront. This $7,372 was the most expensive service he's done for me.

Description of Work: I called on a Monday and the owner came out that afternoon to give an estimate on complete remodel of two half-baths. He emailed the estimate within an hour of leaving my house and was able to start work the following morning. They gutted the two bathrooms and did all the work to make them completely new - floors, plumbing, painting, electrica and morel Other companies wouldn't do everything (some no painting, others no electrical). They also added shelves to my laundry room and went to Home Depot to pick up some plywood I needed for two platform beds and cut it to fit. They went above and beyond and the wokrk is excellent quality. Nolan, teh owner, checked in every day and made sure I was happy with the progress and quality. They finished the job in just over three days! I have never been this happy with a contractor!

Description of Work: Nolan's group remodeled our living area to an open concept. They remodeled our basement. A new laundry room was built in the basement.

Description of Work: In preparation for selling our townhouse, install granite countertops in kitchen, install various light fixtures and other hardware in brushed nickel (in conformity with current trends in design, perform various plumbing and handyman tasks, return and correct mistakes made by another contractor that we hired in a massive fit of bad judgment.

Description of Work: Remodeling of kitchen and bath. Remodeling was total. New floors, cabinets, counter tops, lighting, walls (back splash and painting). In bathroom, new tub, toilet, floor, vanity and sink, tile, and sink.

Description of Work: We had first our master bathroom remodeled, then our kitchen. Nolan worked with us throughout, assisting in choosing the appliances, tiles, fixtures, countertops, etc. (the price spent indicated here was just for the kitchen, appliances included). He first asked us what we wanted, what look we liked, what functionality we needed and any past issues we had encountered. He then worked up a plan and design and presented it to us. Once we both agreed on all the elements required, we worked out the installation, planning when to buy the appliances, fixtures, countertops, so that they would be arriving when they were needed in the process. This was super. We had the entrance to the kitchen widened, all new cabinets installed, all new appliances installed, a special order countertop too. When we ran into problems with the supplier of the countertop, he fought for us and negotiated everything necessary to resolve the problem with them for us. The end result was SUPER. It's a very wonderful kitchen. Best of all, the time it all took, including a troublesome granite supplier, was exactly how long we were told at the beginning it would take. We had a couple of minor issues with various items since, and Nolan was quick to respond and repair. Super job all around.

Description of Work: Updated all recessed lighting in house with smaller cans, installed over 20 dimmers, ceiling fan and fixed bad wiring mistakes of a previous owner.

Description of Work: Nolan installed a drop-ceiling in our utility room. He had to frame a heating/air conditioning duct and move the vent as well as deal with a built-in cabinet. Nolan also installed a slop-sink in the room.
