Had them come to the house to give an estimate on the front door, the garage door and two other doors. We choose to limit the work to just the front and garage doors for budget reasons. We are very happy with the doors and their service.

The original call to the office to make an appointment was very smooth and professional. The office called the day before to confirm the service time. Darren showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and personable. Gave me advice on how to keep the door working properly. Nice guy. Door works perfectly now. I would call for service again.

They did a real good job and did a checkup on both garage doors and oiled. They did the work at a very good price.

It was a good price. They also gave me a 5 year warranty on the repair. The quality was excellent.

Got estimate via phone. They volunteered 10% new customer discount. Showed up on time and gave very professional and courteous service.

Apple door systems was very professional. When I called I was given a straight forward standard quote of $225 to repair the spring on a double wide electric garage door which included parts and labor/time. here were no additional fees or surprises and in fact, upon request, I was given 10 percent off for being an Angie's List member so we paid $202.50. Apple serviced our garage door promptly and professionally. The service person showed up when expected and worked quickly and efficiently. Our garage door now runs more quietly and smoothly than before. We give them a B for price because we looked up the cost of a replacement spring which was about $50 retail. That means we paid about $150 for labor and travel time which seems high for a half hour job. Having said that, though, we would use Apple again.

I waited around all day but no one called or came. Very disappointing for a company with their reputation.

Apple's good. They do what they promise. We like the area they did for us and we find it quite useful. We obtained no problems with them being timely. They charged what other companies charge these days for such a project. They're a big name place in this area so we felt safe using them.

We used them before for an awning over our deck and that worked out great. The door is top of the line and is just beautiful. It is very high quality and fits wonderfully since it was custom made. The installation was quick and they made it look easy.

They did an excellent job. We had a very unusual configuration, and they were good about providing us various options and costs for each. They did take a couple of days to respond with a quote, but we were not in a hurry so it was not an issue. Work was done promptly and professionally. Very happy with results.

We called him and he set a day and time that he could come out, which he showed up right on time. His responsiveness and punctuality was perfect. He advised us what needed to be done and asked us for our permission to proceed. I felt that was very professional. We were happy with the ending results and the parts that were replaced were done with good workmanship so our overall experience was perfect.

They were an excellent, professional group of guys that came out here. They took my old door and pulled down the old opener without making a terrible mess or doing any damage to the house or driveway. They knew what they were doing and I just stayed out of the way. They were done quickly and the installation was picture perfect and I was very pleased with the ending results.

Apple Door Systems did a great job on the patio door. It looks good. The door opens and closes very smoothly. They provided quality service in my opinion. I was very pleased. I would use their services again. I would also recommend this company to others.

They have a twenty-four hour emergency service. I really liked that. They showed up within the hour from the time I called them. The spring came in a cardboard box, and I told him I would put it in the trash, and he said he would take it and get it out of my way. He left everything clean and got the job done quickly. He did a good job. I recommend them to my neighbors.

We had to have a new door frame built before the door could be installed. They did a super job with it and the door fit properly. Our door is the top of the line and the price was very reasonable. We are satisfied with the work performed.

Apple Door Systems appeared to have done a quality job of installing the door. It didnt take a full hour to do the work. Unfortunately, the door wheels came off of the tracks a month after the installation and then again four months later, however he came out and fixed the problem right away.

One guy came and did all the work himself. It was a very hot day and he really worked hard. He was on time and did an excellent job. He was polite, trustworthy and honest. I was very pleased with the job he did and he cleaned up well as you could hardly tell he was here. He was marvelous, reasonable and I would certainly recommend him.

Apple Door had to order a door for us but it only took a few days for them to get it after the estimate they gave us. They did a very good job of installing it, and had it in within a few hours. Were quite happy with our new garage door which is quieter than the previous one.

They did a real good job and we were real pleased with them. They were so quick to send someone out. They sent a very experienced man out to do the job. He was by himself, yet he took down the old door and put up the new one in just 2 hours. It worked perfectly and I was very impressed.

We were very pleased with Apple. It took several hours to do the entire installation which was needed since our old door was not in good shape. The new door is super quiet. The worker was very nice.

When I called for them to come out, it was on a holiday and they still came out to fix the springs. The price they did it for was pretty reasonable considering it was a holiday. My garage door worked and I havent had any problems with it since they were here.

These were standard double doors, so they didnt need to be ordered separately. It took them about an afternoon to install and the charge was just for the labor. They did an excellent, professional job.
