When they came out to fix the garage, they explained everything to me and were very thorough. I don't specifically remember how much I paid, but I don't think it was very expensive. Overall, I thought they did a good job and were punctual.

I was very excited about this company based on the positive reviews on Angie's List. I wanted to have a front storm door placed, a new patio door placed, and a double garage door placed. After having the representative (Mark) come out and take measurements of my front door, back patio door, and look at my garage doors, I was told that I would be receiving an estimate for these products. After about two weeks, I received a email asking about the choice of doors that I wanted. I sent in the information and called Friday April 13, 2012 asking about the door choices I wanted. I sent in the information and called and was told that I would have the estimates by the upcoming Monday. Monday (16 April) came and went. I called again late the next day about the estimate and was told that the person had an and quot;emergencyand quot; installation that needed his attention. I'm a Nurse in the U.S. military (over 20 years)....and understand emergencies and understand when people are giving me the run around. Furthermore, I did not even receive an estimate on the garage doors--- which did not require measurements. I decided to go with a company more dependable...Lowe's for the front storm door and patio door and so far so good. Now, I need to have my garage doors installed....does anyone have any recommendations?

They were the people who had put the original door too. We had damage our door so we just bought a new one. We did shop around for pricing and their pricing turned out to be reasonable. They did what they said they would do and came when they said they would come. They had the work done within a day. We were just angry that we had to spend money on it but we had damaged the door our self by leaving the hatch on our van open and closing the door; it wedged the door. They are the best company around. We had shopped around for the pricing and even considered replacing it our self but then remembered the old warning that the garage door spring can kill you if we don't know what we are doing. So that is when we decided that this is one of the cases where we would rather spend the money than kill ourselves. There is a lot of tension that gets built up around the garage door spring; if we don't know to load it correctly then it could literally knock us out if it comes off the bracket and moreover it's the whole business of lining it up correctly so the opening closes.

I thought they were a really good company and have not had any trouble with their work.

We needed three garage doors installed. We had them frame an existing open-door garage to make it fully enclosed. We lived out of the area, but they were able to come out to where we were. They completed the work exactly when they said they would. They basically made me beautiful custom garage doors without the custom price!

It took several attempts to get someone to call me back. I went to the show room and was not impressed with the model on display. The door did not seem very secure at all. Very personalbe people but the display of the product killed the deal with me.

Very quick response to email request for quote (sent after closing, received before 9am next morning).Arrived when expected and quickly fixed door plus inspected entire system. Lubricated all moving parts so i am hopeful it will last a long time (and told me what to use each year to do it myself).Only concern is that is was done so promptly that one could wonder if $400 an hour (about 45 minutes) is a bit much. On the other hand, when you can't open your garage, and tensioning springs can kill if done poorly.

Cable on my garage door was fraying so I called Apple Door to request repair on a Thursday. I was given an estimate on the phone (of course, provided no other repairs were needed). The first available appointment was Monday. They were very nice to work with my schedule. Promptly replaced both cables for the phone quoted price. (Be sure to check their website for coupons). I fully expected to hear that our 19 year old door needed to be replaced, but repairman said it looked fine. He also looked at the opener and said it is in good shape and we could wait for a replacement. He did leave brochures for new openers. Love it when a place is honest and doesn't try to "fix/replace" everything. Very pleased.

Everything went very well. I would recommend this company. The installers, Matt and Wayne, did a great job.

Excellent. Once they received my request, an appointment was made. The sales representative came out as agreed to and made several recommendations. After reviewing the options, we decided to replace the garage door with a factory painted steel door. Three weeks later, I was contacted about installing the replacement door. A time was arranged and the installer came as planned and completed the work without incident. I am very satisfied with the results.

Our experience with them was fine. It was good. They really did come out and figure out what was going on. We ended up figuring it out later because we have a rain sensor on our windshield. They definitely tried to figure it out. It was working fine, when they tried to open from their truck. We had good experience with them. They had installed motor and the door opener. We also got remote along with it, so we thought it was not working. They were very knowledgeable.

Very easy. Went to the store, chose the garage door opener I wanted. Scheduled the installation for 2 days later. They showed up when they said they would, installed the opener, and now my door works perfectly.

The time between my call and the doors being installed was less than a week. I am thrilled. The work was done without incident and NO second or third trips. Very happy.

I have emailed this group twice over a several week period to no avail. I just tried calling them as well with their supposed Saturday hours. I iwill update report if and when they call back.

Representative was very punctual and efficient in repairing the garage door. He was very friendly and professional during the repair. The door is now working better than new. I cannot hear it run unless I am in the garage.

Garage door torque spring broke on Saturday and called Apple on Monday morning. They worked in a service call for that afternoon. The repair was done in about an hour and forty five minutes. The price was reasonable and the experience was very positive.

The technician arrived promptly at around 8:15am, well within the time window we had been given of 8-9am. The technician was very professional and thorough in how he tested and serviced our garage door. The service call took around 45 minutes. As a result, our garage door runs much more smoothly. We will definitely call Apple Door Systems when we need further garage door maintenance.

Very professionable and knowledgeable personel. They helped me pick out the door I neeeded. They measured, special ordered, and installed the door. They came when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and I was very pleased with the job they did.
