Limpio House Cleaning

Angela and Edith arrived on time and were both very courteous. I had them wipe down and clean all the baseboards, doors and wood in my home. They did a very thorough job and I would hire them again!

I purchased a deal for eight hours of housecleaning. I was given a two hour window to expect two cleaners. Three cleaners came which was better as they finished sooner than I had anticipated. All three worked non-stop for the allocated time. Their efforts were easily seen. Great job!

This was not the first time I used Limpio and it was great. They are punctual, professional, pleasant and always work hard. My deal was for 3 - 2 hour cleaning sessions which I used in one day. They went over the 6 hours and only charged me $69 for about 1 and 1/2 hours of additional time. The house was immaculate and smelled great. I checked on their progress occasionally and t h eyes were always hard at work. If they ever weren't sure what do do in a certain area, they asked and we're attentive to my instructions. I will most certainly use them again.

This company did an excellent job. They were extremely thorough and efficient. They meticulously cleaned every surface in my kitchen and living room. My home looked amazing when they were done.

FRANK WAS AWESOME!!! In the past, I've used Limpio Housecleaing's Angie's List Deal for a garage cleaning and was somewhat pleased, but did not think the young ladies did everything that Limpio promised would be done. This most recent visit more than made up for it. Limpio had again offered the $149 garage cleaning and I e:mailed them asking if they would do a garden shed cleaning instead. They agreed. I have to tell you: I was embarassed to have someone see the wreck my shed had become. Mine is not a small shed. I had numerous pieces of power equipment, power tools, garden implements, dirt and pots; Add to that, boxes of cedar shakes (of which my house is faced), boxes of additional architcturall shingles I had used on both my home and my shed. The list goes on and on. I was only able to give Frank, who by the way showed up exactly on time, a general idea of what I wanted. He immediately went to work. I was also working outside and he often stopped to help me with several other projects where additional strength or common sense were needed. When Frank was finished, he invited me to see his work. I was absolutely amazed! He had used space in ways I'd never thought of. He had moved many of the items I didn't use to the shed loft. I almost have enough room in that shed to throw a party. If the rest of the Limpio staff is as good as Frank, I couldn't rate anyone higher.

There were 3 people working, so each worked 2 and 3 quarters hours. Each of them worked very well. We were very pleased with the work. They did a very good job. They vacuumed, dusted and cleaned very well! Even the baseboards. I would recommend them to friends and family members. They were a little late when they came, because something happened at the last place they were at. They did come fully prepared to work.

It was great. They started in my husband's bathroom which isn't as clean as it should be.I could hear them scrubbing hard. They went from there through the house. I especially liked all the floors being cleaned well. The bathrooms are terrific! I am 70 and have a bad back so getting down low is especially hard. Thanks, Ladies!

The ladies did an excellent job. I am 100% satisfied. The little added touches were noted and appreciated.

I wouldn't call anyone else. Limpio House Cleaning is the best in Hampton Roads.

This was my first experience with having someone other than my self clean my home. I never thought anyone could clean as well as I did. Before my back gave out and after I retired nursing, I cleaned other persons homes myself. I was really very nicely surprised how nice everything looked. I let the ladies do there thing and after the time was up, I checked the house over and I knew or course I did not do it, but they were very close. The only faults I found were some things were not put back even close to where they came from and several (6) pictures had to be straighten. I will be calling them again.

I contacted the office on the 29th and they said they would investigate and send me a money order. I am still waiting for them to follow through. UPDATE: THEY DID SATISFY THE COMPLAINT.

Two person crew arrived on time. The cleaners cleaned everything that was requested. They worked so fast and thorough that everything was cleaned within 5 hours instead of 8.

This was such a wonderful team of professional ladies. The ladies, Martha and Claudia came in early with all supplies at hand. They did a very thorough job. The whole house sparkles! They were friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

They were great. There was no extra cost. Two people were there for four hours. It was my third time using them. I've already bought another big deal from them. I've been using them probably once a quarter.

I had no idea what to expect when purchasing this service, but as a father of a 2-year old son with a pregnant wife due to have another soon, my honey-do list was becoming unmanageable to get done with the limited number of weekends left. He arrived, was extremely pleasant and actually wouldn't let me help at all despite my repeated offers! I was so amazed with the end result and how nice he was. To top it all off, my wife actually teared up when she was able to park her car in the garage again for the first time in 4-5 years. Calling him back to do my workshop next!

It went very well. I entered a "C" in Responsiveness because it took several days for the company to respond to my purchase. I finally emailed the address on the receipt after which I did hear from them. Frank did an amazing job. Very professional, a super job.

Frank showed up at the stated time and was very polite calling me (Mr.) which was nice but not necessary, he asked what did I want done and showed him what was needed, he then proceeded to do what was asked of him and more! I was and am very pleased with the work that he did and would definitely hire him again if needed. He did far more than expected and if you have a need to get this type of work done you have to look no further he is truly the man for the job!

Two house cleaners did basic cleaning for 4 hours. They were professional in their conduct. We have laminate floors and were not happy with how they looked (streaky) and we told them that we had mentioned that we wanted them cleaned with Bono. They had cleaned them with something else. They asked if they wanted us to redo them (they had only done the bedroom floor at that point) and we told them yes and gave them our Bono mop to use, as well. They redid the bedroom floor and used Bono and our mop on the rest of the floors and they looked great. They did a nice job cleaning the blinds and the baseboards and I noticed she also cleaned one of our air filter vents upstairs. (bonus?) Neither of them spoke English very well, but we were able to communicate well enough with them to accomplish the tasks needed. Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, approx 2400 square feet. We had them skip our spare bedroom and the water heater room. I thought the price of $149 was rather high. Our usual house cleaner charges $90 for 4 hours. (She was out of town and we had out-of-town guests coming, so I called Limpio to help out during a very busy time for us.) Overall, we were very pleased with their cleaning service. We would consider using them on a regular basis if they were a little less expensive. I noticed that they do spring cleanings and garage cleanings and I will definitely call them for those services in the future!

I cant say enough about the transformation that was done by the service. My garage had been the ba in of my existence ever since we bought the home 10 years ago. As most of you know when you first move in you have a lot of boxes that you don't know where to go, so you put it in the garage, thinking that you will get them sometime. Over time, the garage becomes the place that collects everything. No matter how hard we tried, how many time we tried, how many arguments we had over it, or how many weekends we wasted, we could never get it straighten up and cleaned. You have to understand how bad it was. We would never leave the garage door opened because we were ashamed of the mess, we could barely get to the refrigerator or freezer, and had one small walk way out. It was so bad, that I fully expected that I would need to purchase an additional 6 hours of service. I had hoped the service would finally let me get ahead of the mess. It did so much more...... Get this, I can actually park a car in my garage, Imagine that. This was the best money I ever spent, and well worth the cost.
