Great experience, very professional

Did a outstanding job!

Our issue is ts hat the quoted fee was $139 and there was no mention of a $110 cleaning fee. The time spent on "cleaning" was 5/10 minutes. We were never advised that there would be a "cleaning fee" prior to the charge. To me, this is a poor and abusive practice.

These guys are great and really know chimneys and fireplaces.

Black Goose was able to complete a dryer vent cleaning on short notice. They inspected the vent, identified a problem with another vent, and fixed it right then and there. Great customer service!

Sergey was extremely courteous and professional, good work on the bricks. However, the team spilled a bucket of masonry acid wash on my front yard and killed a 4x6' swath of the grass. When I called to speak w/ the owner to get it fixed, he stated "I'm not a lawn care pro..." If this was a farm, not a big deal. But it's a residential neighborhood. I dug up the area, brought in topsoil, fertilizer and seed and it's done. Disappointed in the response. Would not recommend, based simply on the response received. Doesn't care.

On time, professional, and competent.

I had several different leakage issues. They resolved the issues. They were on time, courteous and reasonably priced.

The team of two were very professional and competent , offering information and solutions for the service required, not only for basic cleaning of the vents, but repair of damaged system as well.

Inspected my chimney. On time and friendly but pricey for the other work I got a quote for that involved changing my dryer vent. I hired another contractor for about a third of what they quoted me.

Representative offered more than one option for chimney maintenance and repair as well as items I could do on my own to preserve the life of the system, since I do not have a brick and mortar chimney/fireplace.

Sergey was very polite and professional. He took photos of the work he did and explained everything perfectly. He was very honest. In addition, we had the wrong duct attached to our dryer. Sergey took the time to reinstall it and give us advice on the correct one to buy.

These young men earn your respect with their "we are here to please you" attitude. Very professional, and tireless workers.
