**0/10 Absolutely NOT Recommended!** I recently had the absolute misfortune of using **All My Sons Moving and Storage** in Newport News, VA, for my move, and I cannot express enough how horrible the experience was. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, frustrating, and downright alarming. Here's a breakdown of the nightmare: - **Dylan (Crew Lead)**: Rude, dismissive, and utterly incompetent. It was clear from the beginning that he had no idea what he was doing. Instead of leading, he created more confusion and tension among the team. - **Damaged Furniture**: Not only were the movers careless, but they actually threatened to drop multiple pieces of furniture during the move?and, predictably, they did. Several of my items were damaged because of their blatant disregard for care and safety. - **Abandonment of Furniture**: The crew abandoned furniture in the hallways and even left items unattended in the elevator. Our crew of four (Jelani, Azariah, Rafeal, and Jonathan P) movers were great all day. We had two stops to pack and then deliver to a third location, so it was a big job. They were courteous, helpful, professional, and flexible (eg, flipping a rug after they had already laid it because we decided we wanted it a different way). If I have future moving needs, I would use All My Sons A again.

Vito and Raphael knocked it out if the park. Vito and Rapheal knocked it out of the park. They were fast and efficient and before I knew it, all our furniture was in the new apartment. We couldn?t be happier with the service and know where to go for all our future moving needs

I was on a time crunch and I needed a partial packing done as well as a full move. Everything went Great.. John’s team did great with no complaints. I was very impressed by how they wrapped and took care of all of my furniture. Great Job 👏

Would never use these guys ever wouldnâ t refer them either poor customer service they are crooks hidden fees they sent me a link to choose insurance on moving but I only had them load a pod I chose no insurance when they show up he gives me a tablet showing I owe them 175$ for there option b I have proof on my phone which one I chose so they try and sneaky and crooked hope you donâ t notice 2nd problem they charged me for 2 hours 2 men but get this only the helper had started on arrival the lead was on the phone doing paper work for 30 min but they charged me 2 men 2 hrs 585$ but only one guy worked 2 hrs the other guy work 1 hr 15 min but charged me for that guy 2 full hours doing paper work that should have been taken care of before then they damaged my dresser was hurrying dresser full off dolly broke 2 drawers and cracked the trim thought I didnâ t see it but I did asked them about it in the end of job and of course they denied it so long story short donâ t hire these guys they are just money hungry gougers that will rip you off also there hidden fees are ridiculous warning find a different moving company donâ t be scammed and ripped off oh before I forget my wifeâ s wedding ring came up missing after the move not accusing but there were only me my wife my dog and the 2 Movers looked for days never found ring I have filed a better buisness bureau complaint on them

All my sons assisting with my Momâ s move and they did an amazing job. They were first very accommodating with changing the dates and the crew (Leeron, Rafael and Jacori) was just phenomenal. The crew of three, Jelani, Carlos and Shaquille that moved my belongings were professional in all ways. In my community, I have the opportunity often to recommend a moving company, and I always recommend All My Sons - and this time, passed along the names of Jelani, Carlos and Shaquille. I've used All My Sons for previous moves and always have an exceptional experience.

Scheduled an All My Sons crew to help me unload a truck in Richmond, VA, where I was moving. I was told that the service had a 1-hour minimum for 2 men and was quoted a rate of $189/hr with a total of $189 travel fee. The crew they sent was 1 man and 1 woman, who were very pleasant, but they came from over 60 miles away in a Penske truck rather than a company truck. They were confused about the nature of the service they were to provide. The man started working right away and the woman had to spend about 45 minutes with the paperwork and talking with her boss. The unpleasant boss demanded payment before they began working. While I estimated the move would take 1-2 hours, he charged me for 3 hours, plus travel, plus a fuel surcharge. He initially quoted me over $1,000 for the job and wanted payment before. He said the paperwork he received had a rate of $219 rather than the $189 quoted in the email that followed booking. When I balked at the bait-and-switch, he lowered the hourly rate to the original $189. When I asked what would happen if the crew did not take the 3 hours he had charged me for, he said he would refund a prorated amount in 15-minute increments. The crew ended up taking 1 hour and 45 minutes. Three days later, there is no refund showing up as pending with my credit card company. Doing the math, I calculate 1 hour 45 minutes work from the man who came and 1 hour of work from the woman who came. That calculates to just over $509 per actual hours of work from the â 2-manâ crew. The bottom line is that All My Sons feels like a scam. In 23 moves I have made, they are the only company that demanded 100% payment before the work was done, not to mention overestimating the time needed to complete the work. Since the crew that loaded the truck took about 90 minutes to load the part of the truck this crew unloaded, I was sure (and was right) that the job should have taken just over an hour to complete. Needless to say, I will not be hiring All My Sons again.

This was probably the most professional company I have worked with in moving. From the initial setup to the very end all were on time and were very easy to work with and accommodated me. It was a relatively easy move. Aaliyah, Carlos, Shaq and Curtis were the best. I would use them again.

All 3 movers were great and professional, the company was very good , I would recommend them to anybody, good experience.

Daquon was a pleasure to work with, along with his co-worker. There was a slight miscommunication at first over when unloading would occur. However, the movers did a great job, efficient and careful. Everything was done well and they were very nice. I would recommend them to others!
