The job is still pending because it needs a sprinkler regulator. The psi level for bringing water into this community is very high. The sprinkler regulator was not in stock and its now on order. All let you know the outcome after the job is completed. I checked with the county to confirm what is the standard water pressure or this area. It was 90 PSI. When T&C measured the water length or the force of the water coming in, it measured 100 PSI. The city said the building code for structures in the area calls for a sprinkler regulator. There was none in my house.

He was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and excellent customer service skills.

Caleb arrived on time, checked everything thoroughly, and (winterized) drained the sprinklers. He took the time to explain the various areas within my outdated and worn sprinkler system the items that will need to be repaired or replaced. He provided an estimate for the work he recommended needs to be taken care of eventually. I will contact him when I am ready to move forward.

1. We had to shut off the house water because the irrigation system was connected to the main line. 2. He called me after Home Finders recommended him. 3. He found the problem and corrected it in a short period of time. 4. He suggested placing a ball valve in the water line. This will segregate the irrigation system from our home water supply. He is returning to do this next week. We are very happy we chose Caleb to correct these problems.
