Description of Work: They were punctual and great to interact with. I had ants in my kitchen and inside/outside treatment did not work. I called them and they did come back out and spray for the outside, however I still had ants for over a month after the second treatment.

Description of Work: The gentleman who performed the service at our home was helpful, courteous, warm and humorous (yet still professional), informative, and we were quite pleased. Marsha (at the call center) was terrific to deal with too. Yay on the recent Steelers win over The Ravens!!!

Description of Work: He sprayed front and back yard for mosquitoes.

Description of Work: They said they could exterminate bees at a high height. They then showed up with no ladder and a regular spray can...what a joke! They shouldn't say they can do something and not be able to do it. I highly suggest using a different company as I would not trust what they say they will do unless you are present in person. I would absolutely not recommend this company as they are not honest as to their capabilities.

Description of Work: First our yard was sprayed for mosquitos. Next a termite inspection and treatment for insects. The first mosquito spray didn't work very well. I called for a respray which was done promptly and at no charge. Our neighbor also purchased the mosquito spray treatment and pest control. I have two concerns: There is no "automatic" scheduling for pest control; of course, all I have to do is call, but it would be more convenient for me, the customer, to be on a regular schedule. Second, Southern's Spring Flyer promoted a "benefit" of a $50 referral fee if I referred someone who purchased Southern's services. My neighbor did. When I called last week to schedule pest control, I asked about the credit and was told the policy was that the referral customer had to pay for service for a year before I would receive the credit. First time I had heard that!! I am not happy about this "policy". Who will remember to issue the credit? Do I have to call at the end of one year? I feel deceived and disappointed even though it's only $50. .

Description of Work: When inquired was told spayed yard and lawn so cut the lawn prior to treatment. I did that but technician only sprayed surrounding fence and bushes. Noticed a good difference for about 2 weeks, then right back to mosquito heaven. Would definitely not pay the $200 normal charge. Was also given a fairly brief sales pitch for other insect services for the home.
