I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Commonwealth Renovations. We absolutely love the floor. They were a bit messy, I have to say. I had to do a lot of cleaning up after they finished. But as far as the actual job, I felt like they did a good job. They were very friendly, very nice. I would definitely use them again.

Provider friendly and went to extra trouble to perform installation as the replacement was not a good retrofit. He did leave to purchase additional materials. IMO the trip took a long time especially considering it was paid labor time. But, who knows something could have caused the delay. It would have been nice though if he would have offered the explanation, but I didn't ask. I was only charged actual cost of materials, though. After installation our dishwasher would not work. My husband had to pull it out and work on it for a while. Eventually, he figured out the plastic stopper on the disposal had not been pushed through. The disposal directions which were read by provider stated clearly this was an important step. The work was good but having a DIY repair after was kind of a stinker.

They did a good job. I had just cleaned my gutters in November and they were already clogged up again. Since I got the shield installed, it seems to be doing a good job.

They arrived when they said and had the job finished on time. I will definately use them again.

The entire installation went very well. The technicians arrived on time, were professional and courteous, explained the steps and completed the project in a timely manner.

nitial phone call was answered promptly. Company's employee called ahead, upon arrival, he was very prompt, and professional. Time was allotted to explain the procedure needed for the job, with updates. The job was well done, and the work area was kept neat. In addition. the contractor offered the contact information for any questions. Would use again.

The company owner JB is very responsible and professional. He came for an estimate and sent his handyman Bobby to work on the project. Bobby is very professional as well and he performed the tasks in an exllent way and checked back any water leaks from the kitchen faucet after a couple of days. This company has a superb post-project service and is highly recommended.

He came out to provide an estimate for the work. He said he would call me back with the full estimate and an appointment but he never did. I called him a few times and he still never responded back or told me he would have to call me back but never did.

Will let you know after job has been completed. Looking for a mid June date at this time.

I HAD TO CHANGE TO APPOINTMENT FOR A LATER DATE DO TO AN EMERGENCY. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING .

I am very happy with the service I have received so far. Commonwealth was the General Contractor for this work and oversaw all his sub contractors work. The remaining scope of work is drywall which is scheduled to begin this weds.

They showed up when they said they would but it moved a bit slow--lots of coming and going. We pointed out a few things that we thought could be done better (more grout in spots) and they were quick to respond. When it was finished we had good quality work at a good price. I would use them again.

The JB arrived when he was scheduled to arrive. He spent time taking measurements and listening to our ideas for the master bathroom space we desired to have remodeled. However, after prodding (almost a month passed) to respond with the "Custom" plan he produced a product list of replacement items. No Custom plan was every produced. To this date he has not followed up with any additional information or a plan as we thought was going to be produced. Fortunately it appears the "Big Deal" did not cost a significant amount of money to learn the lesson you get what you pay for.

The first guy that they sent was not a painter and he messed things up. However, they did make up for it and sent another guy the next day, who was a painter and did an excellent job.

My roof was approaching the end of its life, so I took advantage of the Coupon. I called JB and set up an appointment for the following wee. JB arrived promptly and we agreed on type and color of roof. The installation was scheduled and performed three weeks later. The crew did a good job in installing the new roof and cleaning up the yard of the debris from the removal of the old roof. I noticed a week after they left that one of the gutter flashings was not properly installed. I notified JB but he is yet to respond.

Mr Sipes never called back, never gave us any drawings/plans or prices for the work. We never heard from him again. I still have one of the coupons that I was planning to use for our family room, but do not want any further contact with this company. This was a highly unprofessional experience that I do not wish to repeat. I certainly wouldn't want them to perform any work in my home if they can't even provide an estimate! I feel like I wasted both my money and my time!

JB was great. He provided photos of similar previous jobs, and was completely open to our input and preferences. We provided a basic drawing of our dream patio to begin with, and JB nailed it. We are very happy with the finished product and the overall experience.

I would suggest having JB come out to estimate all work to be done.

The experience was excellent. One of our neighbors had used them. They were thorough and did excellent cleanup afterwards. We were very pleased with their work. The job was done within the time they said it would be. They did point out things that I didn't know were there but needed to be done that went beyond the quote but it was clear that it needed to be done and they didn't overcharge me. We would recommend them highly. Their price was very competitive.

We now must find another company to repair our window and siding. This company got A's from Angie's list. Must be a mistake!!

Mr. Sipe of Commonwealth Renovations responded in a very timely fashion to my request to schedule the work. Mr. Robert Aman, who did the work arrived a few minutes early, reviewed the project and got right to work. He was efficiently, knew what he was doing and leveled the AC and created a cover for the outside of the window to keep the birds from nesting. I am very impressed with his skills, professionalism and the entire way he approached the project. I will definitely use this company again. CTH

After the purchase of the roofing big deal from Angie, I contacted Commonwealth Renovations. They address all questions and we agreed on a start date. When the crew arrived, they knew exactly what work needed to be done and finished the entire project within two days. After the work was completed, the representative from Commonwealth Renovations inspected the work and the cleanup. He found a few nails and some debris and sheduled another cleanup. The quality of the work was excellent. We are happly to know that we no longer have a leaky roof and the neighbor comments have all been positive. We will probably have them back to replace the roof on the detached garage whenever it is needed. I wish I had had them to install a roof vent which would have improved the attic air circulation. ..

Polite, on time, but in wayyyy too much of a hurry to get job done and move on. SO, job was only done 3/4 way.....adn I had to go back and keep checking behind him to make sure things had been done. Paid for 2 hours, got about 45 minutes. Not a terrible job, but not the most complete, either.

I had bought 2 hours of service to replace damaged caulking in our shower and placed the call to set up an appointment to have the work done. My call was returned within that day and they were also able to set up a service date within a week of the service request. The serviceman arrived promptly and did a very good job within the time alloted. I also pointed out a hairline crack in the ceramic flooring, which he filled and he went the extra mile to point out that there could be leakage damage to the sub-flooring, even offering to go under the house to check it out for me.
