Julian responded right after my request. When he has to delay the service for special reason, he called and explained. I accepted the delay and feel glad that he kept good communication with me. Although the service was delayed and got done until the early evening but I'm glad he kept his promise and finally got the job well done.

Julian called within 30 minutes of work order submission. Work performed the next day. He said he would come in one of two windows, 7-9am or 10-1:00, and that he would let me know. I didn't hear anything until 9am, when he called and said he'd be there in the mid-day window. He showed up at 11:20. Good work quality, but I always think a little *extra* time purging the pipes is welcomed, and that should be the norm.

It took multiple attempts to get in touch with him after he requested full money up front which I paid him right away to do the install but eventually did come through. The work was completed in a couple of days but messy. Needs major improvement on communication. It has taken multiple attempts to get a job done and currently waiting for him to fix the rain sensor that is not working properly and one of the sprays which is shooting too high. Would not recommend at all.
