The movers were real good professionals, and performed the move for me in less time than I expected. The customer service team was real responsive and provided me a quote based off my details via email in less than an hour after submitting on here.

They were friendly and on time. Innovative - we had some small spaces and they were quickly able to trouble shoot issues a a come up with solutions. Moving costs - but this was money well spent.

I'm always hesitant to do complete 5 star reviews such as this as it sounds like someone is making this up for the business. But Homeadvisor is welcome to call me to confirm. The wife and I moved from Manassas out to Edinburg, VA and I sought out 3 quotes from different moving companies. Randall (Randy) was the first one I called and I liked him right off the bat. Easy to work with and answered all my questions. We wound up going with them and our move was yesterday and I do not regret the decision. The crew was ON time and all four were very courteous. The lead, Carrill (sp?) did a good job running the show and all 4 were on the ball and respectful to the wife and I. We arrived at the new house and they got to it and placed everything where we requested. A lot went to the basement and they did this without hesitation. It was hot and humid and they took minimal breaks so they could get things done. We have found nothing broken so far and the way they wrapped everything I'll be surprised if we do. I will not hesitate to use and/or recommend this company to others if needed.

Great attitude by all workers. Made sure to not only be careful with the furniture, but were careful not to scuff the walls going up and down many stairs. I have been moved by military 14 times so I am familiar with good and bad movers Very happy with the quality of their work and the cost. Highly recommend their services....I am a very satisfied customer.

Randy was great during the quote. He explained everything and his team in the office answered all my follow-up questions to help me with the decision. I had quotes from four movers and selected Randall. He wasn't the cheapest but by no means was he the most. Would have been higher rating had the workers not bickered amongst themselves in front of my wife and I while moving us; and had they not charged me an extra hour while it took them 40 minutes to drive the 20 minute trip between homes (I left after them and arrived 20-30 minutes before them). I thought they had stopped for lunch and assumed I wouldn't be charged for that break...but I guess not. They also broke a laminate flooring threshold and gouged one wall. But hey, I'm not going to argue with a guy who is standing in my house. Overall, they were good and I would probably use them again; but I can't give them a 5-star.

I appreciated their suggestions, such as, getting a bigger truck next time.

When budget is an issue and you would want to hire someone urgently, this company provided the best price with an excellent quality of work. They are straightforward about wanting to get your business, and were outright honest and reasonably priced. The two service men were polite and professional. Thanks for a job well done!
