When we visited the house after the flooring was installed, we saw that the new carpet was not the same as the original sample. It was nice but not the same density of pile. We also noticed that tile work was sloppy in some areas and that there was a very noticable ridge at a seam line in one room. The tile work was fixed. In trying to work with various levels of management, we received no satisfaction at all in getting the carpet replaced with what we thought should be the carpet we upgraded to (a level 6). In the end, nothing was done and the company stopped replying to our calls. Absolutely terrible!! While the tile selections were very nice, I would recommend not working with this company.
Description of Work: L&L was the sub-contractor for the builder of our new home. Our first sales rep did a good job in helping us to pick out the carpet, padding, tile, and wood flooring. We gave her a sample of the carpet that we had in our last house. We told her we wanted the exact carpet in the new house. After researching it, she said that she had a match. All is well .. we thought. We were looking forward to seeing the flooring and tile work when it was installed. Since this was a custom home project, I have no idea how much money the carpet, flooring, and tile work cost as it was rolled into the overall price.
