I didn't give the guys an A because the interior windows were still smeary. The price was very, very inexpensive for car detailing.

Great job. Mark took his time, spent 3+ hours doing a FANTASTIC job. Definitely will be using them and recommending them in the future.

I have received many detail cleanings for my vehicles but never have I experienced a company that left so much residue and product behind all over the car. Additionally, they stained a couple spots.

Everything went as planned. Mark, the owner of the business, did the job and he did a great job. We had a 2008 Honda Pilot that had stains on the seats and the exterior paint was quite weathered. He made the car look like new again. If only he could have also kept the road salts off it from the subsequent weather event...

They did a nice job. They did work on my 2009 Ford Focus. They came out to our house and took about an hour and a half. We wanted it just cleaned up and a thorough cleaning. They washed, waxed, and vacuumed it. They also cleaned the windows and leather upholstery. Everything was fine except the windows were streaking on the inside and we had to rewash them ourselves.

They did a great job, they were very professional. They were very nice guys and knew exactly what they were doing. I felt very comfortable with them in my garage and in my home. There prices were very good as well.

Overall, the car was very clean. However, tire shine had only been applied to 3 of the 4 tires, and the residue left on the windshields made it almost impossible to see in bright sunlight, and I had to clean it off myself before driving the car.

Our black like-new SUV sparkled once Mark & Rob, washed, waxed and polished it. The interior, including all of the windows, looked great and the guys worked hard to make the existing swirl marks all over the SUV disappear. I would definitely recommend this team and look forward to working with them again!

For starters, the team was approximately 3 hours late, but that was okay; I was willing to overlook this, since they called and said they were stuck in traffic. Once they arrived, the team of gentlemen was very professional and went right to work and did a very good job on my Porsche. They were efficient, respectful and guaranteed their work. They insisted I call them back if I found any problems after they left, as it was dark when they left. Based on this alone, I would have given them very high marks! The next day I noticed my floor mats were missing, so I called them to see if they had mistakenly taken them. Dealing with the gentleman who had performed the service was not that bad, but he could not resolve the situation, so I called Tonya. Well, after asking for only half the value, since mine were somewhat worn; leaving voice-mail messages for Tonya for over 2 months; being told "only Mark could handle this"; and, being told to order knock-offs on Amazon, I finally got a check for $50 to cover the over $140 that they cost me. As stated, the team was great until my floor mats came up missing. As for dealing with Tonya... extremely unprofessional, hard to deal with, difficult to reach, very bad business sense. Had this worked out better, she would have had a customer for life. Instead, I would never recommend her to anyone.

Things started off bumpy, they were 4 hours late because their car did break down but, once they got there they did a great job with detailing the car. I was very happy with the service in the end.

These guys were absolutely great! Other than being a little late, everything else was beyond my expectations. I haven't seen my car look this good since I bought it - and that was 10 years ago! The two men were friendly and very professional. They took their time working on my car and asked that I do a thorough inspection to ensure I was completely satisfied. My husband was so impressed, he wants his car detailed now as well. We will definitely be using Jewel Auto Care again!

The guys worked hard cleaning upholstery, carpets and floor mats, all of that was great. Exteriors were washed and waxed and each vehicle looked great. So nice to have the road tar gone. I enjoyed all the people I met or talked to. However, I am very disappointed that none of the three vehicles have clean interior windows. I (pilot) brought it to your attention when the odyssey was done and again when the accord was done. The other two cars still have hand prints on the back windows. Unfortunately clean windows are a big deal to me and a safety issue, therefore I gave you a "C".

Mark and Leeroy came to my town house and detailed my Honda Civic. Mark was very communicative in the appointment making and description of service when I initially inquired. We had to reschedule due to rain and it worked out fine. They both worked extremely hard for over 3 hours on my car. I am a little OCD when it comes to the fine details of a job well done... and I have to say, they really impressed me. It definitely lived up to the many, many outstanding reviews here on Angies list. I would absolutely have them out again to work on my car. They were genuinely helpful, kind, thorough, prompt, professional, and I'd recommend them wholeheartedly. Very trustworthy. I think it was a great value, as well, considering they are mobile - which is a HUGE plus since I have a small baby - and even with a surcharge for travelling 25 miles to my house, it still was less expensive than other quotes I got for places closer, but where I'd have to drop off and pick up my car. Hire them!

The rep came to our house and was super polite and pleasant. He did a great job cleaning out my car -- I wish I had done it earlier so I could enjoy it!

It was wonderful. They did both cars and my husband really enjoyed talking to them. They were good at getting back with us and rescheduling due to rain.

Easy scheduling and punctual service. Needed minivan detailed in order to get best trade-in value. They came to the house and were able to do the work with no requirement for anybody to be home - just an unlocked vehicle or access to the key in some fashion. The work was awesome and ensured us the valuation we had hoped for.

I contacted the provider via the Angie's List Message Center in order to start scheduling. During the discussion, I mentioned the model of the two cars that I wanted detailed. The provider stated that those particular models weren't what they considerd to be a "small car" though I maintain that they are. Instead of the $135 per car they wanted to charge $230, I felt that was too expensive for what I consider to be small cars. I have reached out to Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase. Despite our misunderstanding and miscomunication, they were very professional during our interaction.

It was a wonderful experience! Our car was really messed up, and they made my car look like new. It looks like our car just came out of the show room. I would definitely recommend them to others, and we plan to use them for all of our cars.

-Took out mats and scrubbed them - Shampooed the carpet (even got out the smell of an old protein shake) - Conditioned the leather - Conditioned the vinyl parts (dash and console) - Tire shine and rim clean - All dirt gone between chair and console (the area I can never reach) - waxed the car to include door jams and around trunk - very polite and had a checklist to start and did the checklist when finished

A crew of three folks came by my townhome to complete the service I purchased off of Angie's List. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the crew arrived in the prescribed time window. When they arrived, they didn't have a hose with them that would reach my townhome from the parking lot, so I ended up providing them with a hose and an extension cord that they could use for water and power. Not a big deal, but I wasn't told what type of access they would need to water and power prior to the service. All three of the crew were very nice and very professional, and I even spoke to their manager regarding the hose, and she was very professional as well. For the actual auto detailing service, I was a little disappointed. For frame of reference, the vehicle which was detailed is a 9 year old black Volvo sedan with some dings and scratches and some minor cosmetic wear on the interior. The exterior of the car was cleaned well with a power washer then hand dried and hand waxed. The wheels got a good cleaning, and they worked on the wheels/tires so that they were clean, black, and shiny. There were some visible swirls of the wax left on the exterior of the car, which is not a big deal, but for a car detail, I would expect a little more attention to detail. The interior of the car was vacuumed, and the carpets were shampooed. I have rubber mats, so there wasn't much to clean, and what they did vacuum and clean seemed well done. Windows were cleaned, along with the dash, and the leather was cleaned and treated. However, I did notice later that there were some areas between and under the seats that still had debris which was missed, and there were some areas like the air vents and the shifter where there was some water and cleaning agent left behind. I also noticed that the interior of the windows retained swirl marks from the towels and cleaning agents that they used, which causes your windows to fog up prematurely in some cases. They also cleaned the trunk and all of the mats well. It might be my fault for not catching the small oversights I mentioned above when they finished the service, but I shouldn't have to. I've previously had my vehicles detailed at actual auto detailing facilities, and although the price was a little bit more (~$225 for a full interior, exterior, and engine compartment detail), the result was a spotless vehicle with nothing missed, and that price included an engine compartment cleaning. Overall, not a bad job, and although the company is very professional and it was convenient having them come to my house, I will probably take my vehicle to a detailing facility in the future for the results I am looking for.

The team arrived promptly on the scheduled day. They did a great job and thoroughly cleaned the car, shampooed the carpets, washed and waxed. Car looked great. Paid an extra $50 for deodorizing. Didnt completely take out the smoke odor, but I didnt really expect it to. All in all, they did a great job and I was very pleased.

It turned out very well. There were some extra cost that I wasn't fully aware of. They were very good at what they did and very pleasant.
